Well, since those certain blocks drop XP, I think you might get to level 30 extremely quickly, since you'd probably been killing mobs plus coal, redstone, emeralds, diamonds, etc. would be mined often so you'd probably get a ton of levels quickly...
Yea, my first post has the info, only blocks that don't drop themselves give it to you, for example, Coal, Redstone, Lapis Lazuli, Emerald, Diamond
It appears that Iron and Gold DO IN FACT DROP XP... after you cook them!

Now this guy knows how to have fun!
Right. Almost forgot.

What if you made supports able to go down as well with certain blocks? Like if you set a Fence block into a stone ceiling it could go down until it attached itself to whatever you wanted to hang from the ceiling.

So, doppelganger then?

You're making assumptions. Unfortunately, I have the perfect example in my favorite server. It wasn't always a Factions server (in fact, factions made them drop a lot of their regulars, because let's face it; Factions sucks.) and XP gain in the End has always been off for mcmmo on this server.
1.haftacraft.com is the server IP, if you don't believe me.

I'm completely aware of how ridiculous Factions is, but my point still stands.

And like I said, any server owner with some sense will turn off Mcmmo xp gain in the End. (if you haven't figured it out by now, that makes things much harder.)

uhm. wtf is going on in that seed? mushroom biomes are supposed to be Islands.

Like I said, Diamond Armor is quite easy to get nowadays.
Not only that, but I would just like to note, that if the server owner has any sense, they will have MCMMO XP gains for the End turned off. You can level up much faster than that in the End too.

Please, explain.

You could go as Jeb's Doppelganger. If you don't know what that is, it's a look alike. And explain it to him that-a-way.
