That's a mod to fix the issue you're describing.

Make sure to install ModLoader first (if you don't already have it).
Also, before running Minecraft after installing ModLoader & The Lag Spike Fix, make sure to delete your META-INF folder.

Hey everyone. Ive been playing minecraft for about a year now, and its run perfectly on my laptop, with the graphics on fancy, normal, and smooth lighting being added. But since the middle of 1.8.1, its been horribly laggy. I have to change all the settings to lower settings, and i still get large lag spikes. Is this happening to anyone else? Is there a way to fix it? Is it just a bug? I have tried updating to 1.9, with no luck.

So i loved minecraft alpha. i dont know why, but i prefer it to beta. I bought minecraft just after alpha was released. What i want to know is, is it legal for me to download a cracked copy of minecraft alpha and play it? Is there a texture pack that changes all the beta colours to the old bright green colours? i loved the colour.

So thats pretty much it. Thanks guys. also if there isnt already a texture pack, could someone nice with a bit of spare time make one please? just replacing the new textures (grass, leaves, cobble, ect) with the alpha ones? Thankyou to that person.

I like them both for different things. Though i LOVE the colours and textures of alpha. i love that green grass! if there is a texture pack for that, someone please tell me!

Hey sorry if this is in the wrong place but i didnt know where else to put it

So today i was plaing minecraft and i found a bug; If you die, and come back and claim your items, any tools that you have will break in one hit, or even if you right click on something with a tool in hand. Its really anoying. is anyone else having this bug?
