So I had about enough of server these past few days, I honestly can't seem to find one with some form of decency. There is always one problem, like bad server configuration, bad communities, corrupted moderators, admins, owners, you name it!
Well I'm hear to tell you I had enough of it and I am from now on making my own servers.
I'm hear to tell you that I am making a Pixelmon 4.0.6 server and would like some help making it.
I need admins, moderators, builders (what I really need)
No, I am not paying you to do this and that, this is a community thing, not an official
part-time job.

Admins - In this category I'm looking for really respectful people. Last pixelmon server I was in, I, a member, was constantly getting harassed my two admins everyday. I don't want members on my server constantly getting harassed by admins so I expect admins to have a lot of self-control. If you have building expertise and a lot of experience with custom npcs, I expect you to aim for this title.
Moderators - Basically your job is to watch for trouble, if you see someone getting disrespected, you obviously report it to me. You will have the ability to ban, but I only want you to do temporary bans, like 5 minutes. If it becomes a serious situation like threats or someone being sexist, you come to me and I shall determine the asshole's fate.
Builders - Ok, lets say your not good at managing and monitoring. If you are good at building, we have a special title for you, a builder. If you are a really really really really really good building, I strongly recommend you become a builder in the server.
Other Requirements For Server Staff!
-Microphone
-Must be 15 years old or older
-Don't be a dingus
-Treat regular with respect (or you're fired)

So for some reason this has been a problem for almost a year now and i thought it was just the servers. But it isn't. So today i tried again to install server files for a forge server but only to get this error
Any help would be appreciated, but please don't say "Have you tried reinstalling forge or java" Because i already done this to many times. other then that thank you.

I'm mostly good with configuration involving the server with mods, plugins, etc.
