This should work for you, it simulates holding down right click for 20 ticks (1 second).
This is for onHealthChange by the way. (You probably knew that, just making it clear )

This is on a server where u can just right click and instant eat the food. the problem is that u have 8 on your hotbar, and doesn't pick any of them.

Anyone see why this code wouldnt work? It is for PVPing with servers that use mushroomsoup to heal you. (It eats instantly)

I own a Minecraft server called Sector9! We have many awesome plugins, Listed below, and all of our staff is very friendly. We have a great community, as everyone on the server knows each other. We are a small server (for 1.2.5 we had a total of 300 players join) but since we are fairly new, we are still growing!

I started playing Minecraft in 1.7, and used to only play single player. Never even went under Multiplayer. My friend set up a server and we did a survival series together, and i started playing SMP more. I joined a few servers, but never liked them much. I wanted to create my own server, so everything could be perfect (Still working on that ). I have gone back and forth between Freebuild survival and PvP Faction. I have settled in on PvP faction.
