Why have you decided to apply?:
Well to be very honest, i chose to apply because i was a server owner for 3 years, and ive been a very active minecraft player since alpha. and i have extensive experience with running a server, and assisting with configurations and or minor development. and because i LOVE to help people. that is why i wish to come here and help you guys out.

tons.... i am very familiar with all commands, be it essentials worldedit, permissions plugins, and tons of smaller plugins, i also know how to configure plugins to max efficiency. and make small edits if requested. i also ran and managed my own server for 3 years, and i hold a very high expectation of myself. there literally is not a thing i cant do in this position. im a very well seasoned minecrafter. also as for very valuable information, i can be around a good 30 hours a week or more, mostly afternoons and nights as i work dayshift, but i have 3 days off a week i can be here most of the day.
Had any name changes?
Yes i was once called techno_bear i decided on a name change however because techno _bear got old, wanted a fresh update of my name. it happens, do not fear im not a criminal on the run!

it sounds to me your on edge about making the investment in fears it wont pay off. as a business admin major and a owner of a business, it is not wise to make a investment that you dont feel 100% on. i would advise against it. but in the end its your choice.

So here is my total and honest review of shockbytes service.
I am a repeat customer of shockbyte, ive had a few servers with them over the years i know how they work.
The servers hardware is great, minimal lag but downtimes now and again, they most likely dont have the best datacenter in the world but hey for 2.50 a GB what do you expect? 9/10 on hardware
Support ticket response time....oh boy this is where they really need some help. ive had tickets sit there for a few hours all the way up to a few days... if your looking for a fast response time this probably isnt the host for you. 4/10 on responsetime
Overall customer satisfaction pushing: They are perfect. if youve been waiting for a day or 2 for a response they ALWAYS apologize for the wait and they don't ever clog you up with tons of ticket responses....if you ask for something and give detail. they will fix it in one reply. 10/10 on this one. these guys are very expirienced.
Customizability: again another decent score, after reviewing ALL options of minecraft available these guys have almost all on the list. the only downside here is waiting for a custom jar request. but overall good here 9/10
and finally to rally up the scores and then take a few special thoughts into consideration..... i have to give these guys a 8/10. for being one of the cheapest hosts...they do work hard. and even tho some may think otherwise....they really do work hard to strive for the best. your getting your moneys worth. you dont have to fear that.
