In my honest opinion, I think that the updates are coming out really slow. Over the course of a year, there have only been 3 updates for this javascript game. And now people are predicting that 1.5 is near, which is a shame, since the amount of content in this update, could have been made in a week by this community.
Underground biome content, would make this literally the best.
Luminescent caves, or just simply more variety in caves.
If possible at all, increasing the depth of the ground would make my decade.
Right now, I'm really starting to get bored with the caves. Every cave system is, and looks the same. Same ores, same structures ,etc. It used to be exciting, when they added in abandoned mine shafts, ravines and the like. But as in everything in this world, its starting to get old. So why not add biomes underground? Ex. Fungal caves, underground seas or "aquifers".
But first, I would prefer that these biomes be relatively large. I WANT to get lost in them. Because right now, its not challenging at ALL. So I propose that they increase the depth limit, like they did the height limit. If they can go up, they can go down.
Now some of you guys might question the purpose of these. Why do we need more biomes underground, if we can already get everything we need at the moment? Well, just because they don't have a sole purpose, doesn't mean it won't make the game better. If anything, it'll make the game more interesting, it'd make mining, more interesting. I mean, it's called minecraft for a reason. And right now, the Mine, in minecraft is getting quite bland.
Think about how fun it'd be to get immersed. Think about the feeling you got, entering your first cave system.
I'm trying to get divine RPG mod, on my vannila server via forge. The mod already works in SSP, and when I run my server, all the blocks and items of the mod are still available, but I can't place them down, or craft any.
Which leads me to believe, I havnt installed it server side yet, so any help would be appreaciated.
Specifically how to get forge and this mod on my vannila server.
The buffs are really nice, except the range of it renders it useless at least in Survival.
My suggestion is only to remove the range limit of the buffs.
You might think that is would be overpowered, but the time and effort to even make the beacon should equalize that.
The buffs would be a nice endgame reward (for defeating the Wither) because right now, I dont see a point in killing the Wither, except for the sake of it.
Just a thought, everything needs to end sometime. For minecraft, what will you want or think Mojang will add before they stop updating? When do you predict this will be?
