Would help to say what is needed to be done. You are asking for someone to setup the server. So me going back in the past setting up a factions server isn't that hard to do. So people looking to help out should not expect more then $50 for this job.

Minecraft will work on windows 7 yes. Windows 10 on old pc's doesn't work that well. But your PC isn't that bad to be completely obsolete.

Paradox Network is working towards new and unique game modes. Game modes that have been seen in this game yet. Something for everyone to try to have fun on. We are looking for staff members to help us meet this goal. We are looking for a wide ranger of people. Now these ranks given aren't just for helping out the server they will be given tasks (We will ask permissions first).
