For server management, I've engaged in different criteria of it for about a year, which mostly includes Human Resources (HR) and Online Support. Although most of the servers were ended unsuccessfully, I've learned different lessons from them, for example: How to tackle problems in the communication between staff and players, what should be improved in our support system in order to let players contact us more conveniently and without misunderstandings..etc. By joining various types of servers/communities, I've met more server types and understood how do they operate and maintain their business every day, on the other hand, I've also learned many invaluable lessons about life, communication and public relations during my staffing career in which they are all teaching me a new lesson in my life and I'm sure they will help me a lot in my administrative works in the future. For business, I was a sales representative in a small Minecraft service provider back in August 2017. My job was to introduce our services to our customers and find customers for our company, I met many people with many difficulties so I had to explain our services and processes carefully to them. I’ve trained myself to be patient and hard-working which I think these experiences/skills would support me in my work.
Why do you want this position?*:
To be honest, I’ve been searching for my most suitable job on the Minecraft forums recently. After I had read your staff recruitment thread, I was really impressed by your design and also contents in it ( like your dedication, faith ) and I really wanted to be a part of it by helping you guys, promoting it and share my knowledge with other staff members. I hope I could spend my time on something serious and meaningful, as I know time is precious. Our plans. For our Minecraft community, we are planning on release classical hit creations of game modes from other games. Wasteland from Arma 3, to Search and Destroy from Call of Duty MW2. We will be creating classic maps from these games. MW2 Rust and Highrise. These ideas aren't new in the Minecraft community, but these are just the backbone of our plans.
Project Wasteland: This project is a recreation in Minecraft of the popular user-created game mode in Arma 3. TME brings a new look into the concept in Minecraft, bringing open world unmodded and modded versions. With intense team vs. team pvp, pve, base building, raiding, and looting.
The Island of Athira. Athira is an island with a total estimated population of 347,000. The island has 3 major cities, 4 towns, and its own military base. The government of Athira has lost control of the island, and military has attempted a coup, life has come to a standstill all there is to do is fight for the island. Fighting between 2 forces, Police (Blufor) and the Military (Opfor), left on the side is the Civilians (Independent) left to fight on their own.
The City of Johannes. The largest city on the island with a population of 143,000. The city is located around the Bay of Kee. Johannes's port is the main supply chain for the entire island. The distribution and looting of militarized equipment, have plunged the city into chaos, as teams fight to hold the region. Police stations are abandoned, bus stops stand empty.
The City of San Lucas. Athira's second city located on the coast on the north side of the island with an estimated population of 93,000. San Lucas is the poorest city on the island and is the source of the islands high crime rate. The cities murder rate is 1 per 6000 residents.
The City of Adena. Athira's third city located in the heart of the island with an estimated population of 71,000. The city is located on a river that splits the island. Adena is also home to the islands national bank and richest citizens.

Experience*: Well, I've worked on more than 18 servers for the last 4 years mostly as admin or moderator, sometimes even as a Head-Admin or Manager. I also owned a server once with 2 other but it didnt work out. also forgot to mention, Some of the servers I worked on shut down because it didnt work out and some of them I left because I couldnt stand working with ematures or corrupted Owners. Also I'm well-knowed with most of the commands (mostly prefix and Group manager too)
Why do you want this position?*: Because I Know how work that position and I like to keep the rules between the players and make sure they respect other players and staff members as well.
What should we choose you?*: Because I am mature and I follow orders of my superiors and whenever I see someone Hacking/cheating/exploiting I always check them out and while I do it I record it to show proof. I'm also very patient, and I do not get annoyed by poeple who try to make me mad or anybody else. and, Other then making sure the players are following the rules I also keep an eye out on my underlings (sometimes my superiors too, if I find them emature). oh and last thing, if I have the opportunity to give myself stuff unlegit I do not do that and make sure the other staff dont do it as well.
