This server is 100% vanilla. Nothing will be spawned and every single block will be obtained naturally. We only use plugins that support security for the server, and improve the Minecraft experience. Without them, there would be people running around destroying our buildings, and you'd probably get bored. See below for the list of security plugins.
Glorious architecture and attention to detail, if you like to build when you're not mining for diamonds, you're at the right place!
Fire and TNT spread is OFF (sorry, we like our forests and homes safe).
We have LWC! Lock your chests/furnaces/doors with no hassle!
We run on a 20-slot (10 GB of DDR3 RAM, 3.2 GHz Hexacore Processor, and next-to-unlimited bandwidth) server that I maintain myself. If you want it to stay like this (or even advance) please donate. It helps a lot.
An arena based around fighting mobs with pre-determined equipment choices, where the leader of points at the end of each week wins free Donor Points!
A PVP plugin allowing you to toggle your PVP status on and off, with organized PVP combat in a new arena, designed especially for PVP, and for prizes!

If you ever want to become an operator you're going to have to behave like one. If you ask to be one you will probably never be asked to be one. Stay on LC for a while, be mature, and help the community grow and stabilize.
Worldwide Rules (these apply to everyone)
• No griefing
• ALL open chests are free game.
• ALL city, claimed region, building, and etc rules must be applicable with the worldwide rules
• No 1x1 nerd poles.
• Respect everyone on the server equally. A normal player deserves the same respect as the Owner and staff do.
• If you are in the vicinity or in the area of a city, claimed region, building, etc., you MUST follow the rules of it and the worldwide rules. Property owners can have any rules they like. If you don't like the rules, you don't have to be associated with the property. This includes chests. If a claimed property has a rule that prevents stealing from chests, marked or unmarked, stealing from the chest is punishable, even if it does not abide by the server-wide rules.
• Do not complain if we ever wipe the map or have a major rollback (which will be on very very very rare occasions). When you bought MC you accepted the consequences of being an Indev/Infdev/Alpha/Beta tester. You might not know it, but you are just testing of what is going to be the game, which is currently full of bugs (and coded in java).
• Do not complain if you die. If you die of lag, too bad. You should have been smart enough to get to a safe place. If you know there's lag, stay in a safe spot until it passes.(In some cases there are exceptions, but it would be rare)
• Do not excessively swear.
• NO FLOATING TREES!
• place "how to shot web" somewhere in your whitelist application
• no mad (This translates to don't get angry [yes this is a rule]).
Operator Rules (this only applies to operators)
• Follow the worldwide rules
•Do NOT abuse your powers
• When teleporting, do not:
- Edit anything
- Receive/Distribute Items (Unless reimbursing due to a rollback/grief report)
- Do anything other than look around
• Teleportation should only be used when:
- Visiting (just walking around. That's it.)
- Taking authority over a griefing problem or some kind of dispute that involves the rules, or reimbursing items after a rollback
• Do NOT spawn anything unless you are fixing a griefed area or reimbursing others/yourself after a rollback. If you die, too bad. If there's lag, don't do anything that will get you killed. Be smart and wait it out. (There are little exceptions for this)
• Do NOT use the /time command unless there was a lag problem.
• Your fun plugins are meant to be fun. Do not go around killing people with lightning, or use /jump and other commands for personal gain.
If you feel an op has violated any of these rules, please report the situation to Lighthat.
Applying for LightCraft is very simple! We're not going to ask you why you want to play with us, because you wouldn't be filling out an application if you weren't interested in the server!
READ THE ENTIRE RULE SECTION
BEFORE YOU APPLY, OR YOU WILL
NOT BE ACCEPTED!
DO NOT QUOTE THE OP
YOU WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
Feel free to omit Steam Name.
Pssst, did you read the rules? You have? Do it again, but this time even slower than the time before.
Very simple! For example:
If you apply correctly, we will add you as soon as possible.
Servers cost money to run, and any donations will be appreciated! All donations will go solely to:
- Server maintenance
- Ventrilo server maintenance
Donations have been reworked. There are still 'donor levels' as in flint, coal, etc. However, your custom title and rewards for donating have changed. Every $1 will get you 12 'donor points' in-game, which can be exchanged for many things, from blocks, to a title, to commands. The donor levels are:
Flint Donor = $5
Coal Donor = $10
Iron Donor = $15
Gold Donor = $20
Diamond Donor = $25
Ultimate Donor = $50
Your donor points can be exchanged for:
Block = 1 point: This is any unrestricted block of your choice.
Diamond Tool = 25 points: This is any diamond tool of your choice.
Set of Diamond Armor = 100 points: This is all four pieces of diamond armor.
Item of Choice = 30 points: Any item you want.
A month of /home and /spawn = 10 points: Allows you to /sethome, /spawn, and warp to your home with /home, for a month (this stacks)
Permanent /home and /spawn = 125 points: This gives you the above commands forever.
Insurance = 25 points: Should the map wipe, you get points back based on how much you've donated
Tag = 5 points: This is a tag pre-set, corresponding to your donor level.
Custom Tag = 30 points: Any tag of your choice, with a color corresponding to your donor level, with Owner approval.
Custom Tag Color = 30 points: This lets you change the color of your tag.
Stack of Golden Tools = 350 points A full set of gold tools, with 64 of each tool in one stack. The stack lasts twice as long as diamond, and digs much faster.
Restricted Block = 25 points: Any block of your choice, including bedrock, but excluding any ore blocks.
Multihome = 300 Points: Be able to set more than one home. Each time you buy this you can use one additional home.
Nickname = 50 Points: Be able to change your own name to anything you want once.
Nickname Command = 350 Points: Be able to change your own name as many times as you want, whenever you want.
There is a minimum donation of $5. If you donate less, you will get no rewards.
Please tell Lighthat once you have donated, and how much you have donated to receive your rewards. IMPORTANT: If you send funds in any form OTHER than as a donation, you will not receive any donation rewards and your money will be refunded. If you request a charge-back, forcing us to do an intangible goods dispute with PayPal, we will get the money back and you will be banned without a refund. At any time, if you are banned for any reason, you will not be refunded for any of your donations. Should the service of donation rewards or in the case of a server shut down, your money will not be refunded.
Donors:
Obedai: $100 (1200 Donor Points remaining)
dustbunnieof: $50 (55 Donor Points remaining)

Save plugin or not, save-all should be saving all the work, and stop should be saving all the chunks. If it's not, there's nothing I can do about it. (Besides the map is going to be gone soon)

Whitelisted, sir.
Multiplayer isn't a secondary download, it's built into the game. Not to mention you didn't read the rules.

Well spiderman, i like your application, but i would hardly consider this server 'good' right now as i can't afford to run it 24/7 and it doesn't have much of a community. We are wiping for 1.8 though, and i'm hoping to bring in a lot of new members then. Whitelisted.
Denied br0 read the rules.
Not sure why any of this is happening. No problem for me anyways, it's all going away eventually, so go nuts. If you want i can send you the map before we wipe since you have built a lot. But it's probably going to be corrupt.
1
Also i think you're lying, because the server hasn't gone down at all today (as in, there can't be a rollback)
