While a majority of the issues from the last review have been tended to, I'll have to ask that you work on a major part of both your character's backstory and magic description! The first of which being life beyond the walls of Barkamsted, which would be feasibly impossible with the method in which Feldon's family would be approaching the matter. There was next to no means of survival outside of Barkamsted around that far into the war, with any unreachable caves made reachable by undead and Cult creations, sources of food and water taken up by Orcish forces, so on. Furthermore, it would be highly unlikely that Feldon's parents would not know of Gods such as Kinos and share that information with their son, especially with the extreme importance that Gods, especially Kinos for Elves, plays in the server's cultures.
As for the magic application, it's almost all but good to go save for the magic description. The magic description section fails to mention the limitations on casting magic such as line of sight, for one of several examples, as well as how one grows in magic, how a trinket connects and limits that growth, and the drain that comes with magic use.

I'll have to ask that it is refurbished and edited to adjust for this, as by the time your character would be born, the Elven Forest would have been under Pact control for over 15 years. What more, all villages outside of Barkamsted would have slowly been burnt and pillaged by the Pact's forces over that time, until Barkamsted was the only safe bastion left for Alliance races.
Furthermore, your scenarios must be rewritten and developed some more. They both lack an extreme amount of detail and show no real idea of your writing quality or the reactions of your characters beyond very shallow details.
Your magic application also requires a fair bit of work. The description of the magic system is extremely lacking, failing to address the necessary requirements for those with magic to be capable of casting magic, as well as the restraints put on them for doing so such as exhaustion and trinket levels. There also exist no such thing as 'celestial trinkets,' not as far as the server's magic lore goes. To help make sense of Ash-Elven magic, as it seems like your magic biography also fails somewhat in truly understanding their ability, they are capable of understanding what enchantments and magical items do as well as any other character bestowed with magic, but enchanted items in particular are slightly more powerful when an Ash-Elf uses them. At times it is mentioned that any other race would be able to use the power of an enchanted item or trinket, when this is also false due to the lack of any magic potential in some races and just a lack of the gift of magic at birth for others, as well as natural affinity for bestial races. All in all, I would recommend going back over the magic lore and rules and refining your understanding of the magic system as a whole, as it seems all the majority of what's been focused on is that which pertains specifically to Ash-Elves.

As a side note, Perities does not have 'priests!' There are followers and worshipers of Perities, but beyond God Champions there are no spokespersons for their faith. Rather, no recognized or accepted title for such.

For a start, it skims over the Pact War completely, which would perhaps not affect Serah too horribly directly due to her birth near its end. However, I would like to see detail added to how it would have affected her and her family, as it was difficult to have much wealth so soon after a war. Falkvard would not be retaken until approximately 4 years after her birth, furthermore. In addition, sea travel is not very possible without extreme losses currently in Saphriel, with the waters filled with creatures which take down trading and military ships alike the further one goes out. Few lands are even known to exist by the common public. The biography in general feels very short and lacking in detail in summary, so please work on lengthening and refining it!

Furthermore, know that your character may not enter the server with any advanced knowledge in dark magic! That must be learned ICly on-server, with most information if any gathered from the texts she had found being rather common knowledge and myth.
That said, your magic application requires a fair bit of work! While the magic biography itself is good, your magic description is quite short and lackluster, and your magic limitations page misses many key details. In these two, there should be included details such as the necessity of a trinket to cast magic, the limitations of aspects per race, the risks of overcasting and what overcasting means, sight being a necessity to cast, having Bothimir's gift to begin with, each trinket being specific in aspect and level, and so on and so forth. Saphriel is one great landmass, without islands under its name. Furthermore, which Lords do you mean? The Pact did not have nobility, having only been led by their separate tribes in Orcish history.

While the application is mostly well-done and organize, particularly in the OOC half, the biography will require quite a bit of work. The main issue is the woodblock printing, which is not yet a method of printing in Saphriel. Furthermore, I would like more information in regards to the Pact War! While your character would be born rather close to its end, and likely without actual experience in combat, it would still have caused notable issues with his family in terms of deaths, hunger, and crime.
