This a very nice app. First thoughts - Omg gonna take awhile to read this. Second thoughts (Literally) - This guy kinda sounds like he's making himself sound amazing.. This is true. You do make it sound like it. I expect your exadgerating a little bit in some cases. Tricks up your sleeve? Sounds like hacks to me. But most likely not. There are several ways to trick people in PvP. Im sorry if I sound like Im yelling at you/being rude. Im pointing out what I think. Anyways you are accepted. EDIT: Use Matt as a name. Swoosh is not acceptable.

Sorry if I did seem to come off as overly exaggerating and full of myself or whatever. However everything in my app is 100% true and you can even ask other people to verify it. And I never have used hacks and never will. Those "tricks" are things like running through opponents, potions, side stepping, jump crits, monster lurers things like that.

But anyways thank you for accepting me. I'll get in touch with the clan as soon as possible since I am really busy with family life right now.

    Thanks.

thats not true, note how every update mojang made removed some bugs but introduced others, its an endless cycle, you remove some, the new code adds others. bug fixing isn't a miracle process that makes everything perfect, just like everything else in life, there are trade offs that must be made

Each update on the PC had new bugs because they had (I'm guessing) 20 or less people bug testing for a very short amount of time. If they did a closed bug test as I said above they could easily get all of them.

By the time they got to 1.2.5 if they did it one update at a time, minecraft would be a bunch of updates ahead, meaning Xbox and PC versions would never overlap allowing Xbox-PC multiplayer. Updating from 1.6 to 1.2.5 in one big update is really their only option.

but testing can only go so far, and besides, the amount of work and coding that would have to go into adding all the features brought in between 1.6.6 and 1.2.5 would be incredible, it would take ages, its just more efficient to release the updates in bits and pieces, not all at once

It would take longer to do it one update at a time anyways. And bug testing doesn't "only go so far". If they held a closed testing with around 200 testers for a month most likely 99% of all the bugs would be squashed.

jumping straight to 1.2.5 would be horrifying for the xbox, there would be such a massive increase in content that the glitches would render the game unplayable for months before 4j could fix it, it must be done gradually or the game could undergo a complete failure

There's a thing called bug testing you know.

It's not like they would just throw it out on the marketplace as soon as they're done.

You can still run a 24/7 server from your computer or a hosting company. Once MCXBL is updated to the current MCPC version then you can have a 24/7 dedicated server like that which your friends can play on.

This thread is so corny/cheesy it almost makes me wanna puke.

So many of those strategies are useless/impractical.

Being able to make them would be too unfair since you would always have a constant supply of whatever the mob dropped.

People would abuse it so bad on PvP servers.

posted a message on How you get exp in survival/pvp servers
    Quote from Herobrineman911

On pvp servers you say? They kill people and take their xp.

You get on average ;like a single level from killing people. Most of your XP simply disapears when you die before you can even pick it up.

You really can't get a high level in a practical manner without mob traps.

I kinda like this server. It's really simple. Factions and mcmmo. Thats pretty much it and they don't have a fancy dancy spawn either :P

I like it. seems pretty vanilla.
