If you bring a surprisingly large amount of players and randomly our server has 50 active players, you will be paid a good portion of the servers profits for your work.

The gameplay manager will make sure the server is enjoyable for players and help think of ideas for things to be added. This position needs to have basic knowledge of all aspects. The gameplay manager will also manage events, we previously had an event manager and gameplay but both jobs did not take much time, so we combined them.

Today, I am creating this post to recruit a staff team.
I hope to create a solid team of motivated players, we will create a prison server FROM SCRATCH, if anything we will use schematics for the mines as that can be time consuming.
The server will be as custom as possible and I hope we can release somewhere around a month from now.
