TDWP, you said that if you could find someone to help you port it over, you would, and I also know that you were on the ExtraBiomesXL team....so why not ask them for help? Just an idea...that team has experience with biome modding and forge.

Currently I'm running a number of mods dependant on Forge and after a little experimentation I found a way to (sort of) make this mod compatible with forge.
Using the magic launcher and the latest version of forge (4.1.1.294) with a few other mods it loaded minecraft (after I removed Buildcraft 3 because of an ID conflict).
Unfortunately, once creating a world, it hanged at "Building Terrain" and I was unable to find the cause after scurrying through the forge logs.
Forge has an inbuilt Forge Modloader which is supposed to work with all mods that inherantly work with Modloader, which I've seen RecipeBook and other modloader mods. I'am sure its only a small matter of changing a bit of the code in Biomes O' Plenty that will make it compatible with Forge, but for now I'll have to stick with ExtraBiomesXL ( )

Great mod, really love it, the idea of bringing MCMMO to Single player is great as I've always loved MCMMO as a plugin on servers. Now i've only been playing with the mod for a day or so but there are a few things that have caught my attention:
1. The skills page needs a preset button because lots of people dont check the controls options page to change it. Make it the grave button or something.
2. Levelling is too easy. I dunno how you would go about balancing it but it's too easy to level up.
3. When using the special digging or mining powers, they regenerate far too quickly, make it take like 5 minutes at least to regen, not 20 or so seconds.
4. In the actual MCMMO plugin with mining and digging, at higher levels you can get special drops like from dirt and gravel you have a very rare chance of finding a diamonds or music disc, and every level you go up you find rarer drops more common. I liked it cause on servers i had a reason to mindlessly dig gravel.
Also with the mining special skill, make it so there is a 45% chance or something of a triple drop on an ore, and 70% on a double drop (whilst the super breaker is active)
Awesome mod otherwise.

Once drunk it should give you special buffs like speed and strength or something.

it was working before fine, so it probably only a few plugins, and buildcraft quarries are pretty damn nifty awesome ninja skillpro stuff, if you knwo what i mean, so I think it'd be better to disable whatever plugin is conflicting with it, unless its something like, necessary to the server.
