it'll show the time left score, so there aren't 300 command blocks needed if the scoreboard display is already set to sidebar

Sorry, the capitalisation was because of that auto caps feature.
I forgot that fake players aren't entities, but it's easily fixed with giving an armorstand a score.
And i'm sure i've seen the max score somewhere and it worked... well, it's still all about the same concept

Simple.
Type
/Scoreboard objectives add Timer dummy
In chat
Then put in a single always active repeating command block:
/Scoreboard players add TickCount Timer 1
Then type in chat
/Scoreboard objectives add DeletionTimer dummy
Then put in a repeating always active command block:
/Testfor @e[score_Timer_min=20]
Wich leads into a conditional chain:
/Scoreboard players remove TickCount Timer 20
Wich leads into a conditional chain:
/Scoreboard players remove Time_Left DeletionTimer 1
Then put in a single repeat command block:
/Execute @e[score_DeletionTimer_max=0] ~ ~ ~ /kill @e[type=Item]
And also put this in a single repeat command block:
/Scoreboard players set @e[score_DeletionTimer_max=-1] DeletionTimer 300
For good measure type in chat:
/Scoreboard objectives setdisplay sidebar DeletionTimer

Solves that problem immediately, it kills the nearbiest armorstand

I don't know all those score objectives out of my head, but maybe the stat useitem for wheat could help if it's for a small feature

Use scoreboard objectives
/Scoreboard objective add MinionSpawn dummy
/Scoreboard players add @e[tag=Boss] MinionSpawn 1
Make sure your boss has ,Tags:["Boss"], in its NBT
/Execute @e[score_MinionSpawn_min=300] ~ ~ ~ /summon ...
/Scoreboard players reset @e[score_MinionSpawn_min=301] MinionSpawn
This should spawn a mob every 6 sec and can be done with every other ability too.
Tip:use armorstands with a custom nbt to summon more mobs+on a specific place.

I'm currently a mapmaker so i have paused this project to redo this later, i planned on building a map in that newer version wich you can download and play in wich will have custom structures and a starting island all build by me, i'll also redo the quests.

There is drama going on btw
The trolls get a bit too much.
But hey, i implemented the main teleportation mechanic and an easy terrainedit
(Terrain edit just fills a 3x3 square if you place a specisl armor stand)
The teleporter will give you some options in chat and will only teleport you if you are close to a fairy ring, just give me the locations where i have to put 'em, theres already one at the market
