Past Experience: I have experience from managing 3 servers in the past, and I am currently Co-Owner on my friend's creative server, Moderator/OP on another creative server, and have been Admin on 2 servers that both shut down in the past 4 months.
Other: I am always friendly with other players and when somebody asks me a question server-related I answer it as best I can. With plugins, I know most of the common ones like Essentials, PEX, GroupManager, WorldEdit, VoxelSniper, and have plenty of experience with them from playing Minecraft for almost 3 years now.
My server may not fully meet what you like, but there is about 3-5 people on most of the time.
It is a new server, so there will be more players on soon. It is survival, has mini-games, factions, and griefprevention so you can protect your own builds. Mob traps are allowed as long as it doesn't cause the server to lag too much.
