Yes! Thanks sp614x! I highly appreciate the flickering leaves fix!
What values are Mipmaps, Mipmap Type, AA and AF when the flickering appear?
Can you post a video showing the flickering?
Well, earlier we fixed this by setting my mipmap type to at least linear, which didnt cause any difference in the fps, and the flickering stopped. But now I am curious why it happens when they are set to nearest, and AF and AA is turned off.
Try changing the mipmap type to: linear, bilinear or tri. that should stop the leaves from flickering.
Actually yes, I just tried that a few minutes ago! But now i'm curious why it was flickering when set mipmaps are set to 4 nearest and with AA and AF off, beacuse this did not happen with B6 and below - Only C0 and above
Forgive me for any hassle this may cause due to this issue already being fixed or addressed, but versions 18.1_U_C0, 1.8.1_U_C1, 1.8.1_U_C2, and 1.8.1_U_C3 seem to cause some problems to leaves when set on fancy. Leaves that are not extremely far away or directly in front of you (see image for relatively how far away the issue occurs) seem to flicker when AF is tuned off.
A simple fix I found for myself is turning AF to the minimum of 2, but even the smallest of AF lowers my fps from 120 to 90
Thanks to anyone who can solve this problem and again, sorry for any hassle this may have caused
Edit: Loweing fps limit to 30 allows the flickering to be seen way more clearly.

MC-15547 – Structures (witch huts, nether fortresses etc.) don't get saved with the world file
In order for current structures (Witch Huts, Nether Fortresses, etc.) to be saved to the world file, the player must load the appropriate chunks within the game manually. The game will not automatically scan worlds and update structure data globally. After this is completed, structures will be compatible in all snapshots starting at Snapshot 13w37b

Glad to see I am not the only one with this issue.

Would you still like a video of the flickering?

My mipmap levels are already set to 4, and all I care about is the flickering, not how smooth the textures can be. I do appreciate your help though.
Is there any other cause of this issue?

This version of Optifine still hosts my current problem. Is there not anyone who can help me fix it?

That is the only reason why, you don't put Optifine into the mods folder.
