I understand its new, but you need to work that stuff out. I would say your server isn't worth playing in the state it is, just because people abuse the freedoms you give them.
It's also odd how you turn a cheek to peoples wrong doings because you simply do not have the rules in mind. You knew betraying factions was against the rules you made up, but you sat and watched allies raid us?
First off, we had a nice base. Spent around 6 hours last night making it.
Well, screw that, because people are allowed to spam tp requests there, so people can spam, and get to peoples bases.
That shouldn't be a problem, right? You can just kill them!
Wrong.
People are allowed to set homes in bases, because having a home in a base allows you to go to spawn, and raid it when they are not on, because screw people being on their own.
Well, with people getting their base griefed, they should be able to get revenge, right? Correct.
All you need to do is ask the admin, and he will give you coordinates to a base! Once at the base, it is easy to raid! They don't even care if the person who owns the faction donated $100. At least he tried correcting one wrong by allowing me to get my things back because of a bad system.
Not to mention that, if you aren't there, people will TNT your base. This is average on a faction server, because of their nature. But when it is because you tp people to bases, it just simply isn't fair. Even when the admin does spawn in stuff for you, spawning in TNT for people to blow up bases isn't fair.

Did you try joining it directly?
When in Team Speak, go to "Connections" in the top right corner, and then copy and paste the IP in. It may not appear on any global lists of any sort.
I'll check back occasionally if there are any more problems.

Just so you know that we are not 2 guys pulling stuff out of thin air, here is some of our work.

Here is how I believe it should be done.
You should have to first find the diamonds.
Then, you will need to get the fragment. This will, like you said, be given in 9.
Now, you can plant those, but the growing conditions are hard to achieve.
The light level needs to be the highest possible. I am talking about light right above the growing spot.
Then, growing time. You don't want people starting large farms, so it will need to take a LONG time.
It would also need to only drop 2. Only 2. Chance for only 1 drop.

Me and My friend, BassPro241 are currently working on a mod adding extra food to the game.
