- Although I have had many minor staff roles in the past, such as the one in my signature (A-Guard is right below Head Guard), I have also had more significant staff roles: I was a Chat Mod on one server and Admin (or Head Admin - I don't remember) on another. Both those servers were prison servers, and one of them had Towny, so I'm quite familiar with most of the commands. I don't remember the IP's to them (because I just got back into Minecraft) but they're probably both dead by now. You should pick me for this position because I am very interactive with communities. Although I will be sure to take up the Moderation duty and accomplish all objectives given to me by Administrators, I will also find time to close the gap between regular players and server staff. I have done it very well in the past and I feel like the most essential part of a server's success is that Staff-Player connection. Players are intrigued by it and excited for the next time they'll get to have a legitimate conversation with a staff member. This retains players and also allows for many strong bonds between players and staff members to further enrich the server's experience. (I had more here but it got deleted )

5)How much time can you dedicate to the server?:
- My weekdays are kind of all over the place at the moment, but on weekends I should be able to spend a consistent 3-5 hours a day online.
6)What are your skills:
- Social: Very good at making connections with players and closing that Staff-Player gap like I stated before.

- Mature, Collected, and Rational: I don't jump to conclusions without absolute proof, and I have a very happy and uplifting attitude towards everything. It takes a great deal in order to make my irritated or angry, so I'm very good when it comes to dealing with unsatisfied players. I also take a logical approach to everything.

- MultiTasking: Due to my past experiences, I'm an excellent multi-tasker. I can watch over suspected cheaters, carry out an Admin's commands, or help play test things, all while moderating the chat AND talking to the players.
7)How would you deal with:

A Griefer:
- (Depends on the magnitude of the grief) - If it was a minor/medium grief, I would most likely just warn the player. If they continued, I would be forced to tempban them for a week. These tempbans would continue to be a week until they learned their lesson. Major griefing is a different story. I would instantly ban a player for major griefing, and it would be a 1 week tempban, no warning. The next time they were caught major griefing I would permban them.
A Spammer:
- I would warn them first, then tempmute if they continued. After that I would tempmute them again for a longer period of time (say an hour), and if they continued after that mute I would perm mute them.
A player who just joined:
- I would welcome them and inform them they are free to ask me any questions or if they need assistance just ask. I might also show them around if the requested it.
A person who wants op:
- I would first ask them to stop spamming and then I would help them apply for Admin. If he/she doesn't stop asking for OP I would most likely tempmute for an hour.

- Vanish, Fly, tempban, tempmute, warn, mute, ban, teleport, kick, unmute, msg (if interacting with someone). All commands will only be used when necessary and ban/mute will require me to have adequate proof.

- No advertising, no cheating (hacked clients, xray, etc.), no spamming, don't exploit glitches (report them), no admin/staff disrespect, keep chat PG 13 ish (cussing allowed as long as it isn't a TON)
10)What can you bring to the server that no one else can:
- As explained above, I can bring the social aspect to the server by interacting with players constantly. I'm also very uplifting and also enforce rules to the best of my ability.

- Uplifting (Always happy, very hard to irritate me.)

- Social (Like to connect and talk to people. Good at starting and keeping conversation)

- Serious/Dedicated (This is because although I enjoy making bonds with players and hanging out, I'm not afraid to deal out a punishment to anyone breaking the rules. Just because you befriend me doesn't make you immune to the rules of the server.

- My experience with PermissionsEx is very extensive. I have created numerous permissions.yml files as part of my own server(s).
What commands would you use as an Admin:
- The main commands I would use as an Admin in my opinion would be /mute, /kick, /tempban. This is because of the many players that may join were to be breaking the rules. I may also use some WorldEdit commands if I were building something, and numerous other Essentials commands. In rare occasions, I may also use PEX commands.
How would you deal with:
A Griefer:
- If a griefer were to ever grief something made by another player or staff, I would LogBlock it (assuming there is LogBlock), or supervise the player to make sure they were griefing.
A Spammer:
- In case of someone spamming, depending on the severity of the spam and what the player was spamming, I would either /mute or /tempban.
A player who just joined:
- When someone new were to join the server, I would welcome them and provide any support to any questions they may have.
A person who says they are from Planet Minecraft:
- Although this happens in rare occasions now, I would most likely /mute the player.

- This question has already been answered above.
What rules do you think a server should have:
- The main rules I believe a server should have are listed: No Griefing (depending on the server), No hacked clients, No spamming, advertising or excessive use of caps lock in chat, No asking staff for free items or ranks, plus many others.
What can you bring to the server that no one else can:
- I believe I can bring my experience to the server. I can configure many plugins and permissions and also do some building. I can also give a lot of time into the server, giving players some help when they need it.
How would you describe yourself in three words(Explain why those words best suit you):
- The three words that best describe myself are: Dedicated, Impartial and Friendly. I chose these because I certainly portray all these traits.

The idea of a staff position intrigues me so I decided to start trying. I figured I had to start somewhere so I decided to apply for staff positions. I'm aiming for moderator although expecting Helper because aiming high never hurts. I am fluent in Java and can aid in any coding problems if needed.To add on, I've also made my own hack client, although not public, and I can usually tell when a person is hacking. I've also played Minecraft since I was 8(6 years ago) or so and know the game well.
