We have deployed some of our owned hardware to our LA location which offers our new DDoS protection. For now all US orders deploy on these systems so if anyone wishes to take advantage of this offering you'll need to order quick.
We have also doubled our support staff to improve responses.

A host I'm currently at does do some better "DDOS protection" than these guys. The guys I'm at now only nulls Your server for up to 24 hours not a whole two days. And if another customer is using the same machine they won't be affected by the nulling just the victim will be affected by the prevention measure.

If someone attacks your server then we stop that by blocking your servers IP. If you were another client with a server down because another clients' server was attacked then you'd want us to take care of the situation. We do exactly that, take care of the situation by blocking the attacked IP so it doesn't cause issues for other clients. Then rather than simply telling the client to leave our hosting we provide alternatives. If we advertise that we provide protection for these things then blame our actions all you want, when we don't advertise it then you cannot complain. We even have a statement in our TOS.
"If your server receives a DDoS attack, your server may be blocked for 24 hours or till the attack stops. If multiple attacks occur then you will be required to purchase DDoS protection if you wish to stay using our services."
The staff issue has been resolved, we've got 2 new guys taking care of the load. Our reputation for support is strong, our statistics show that we had support replies lower than 1 hour for years.

Its pretty frustrating. A DDoS on the server that you are hosting should be dealt by you, not by one of your staff telling me to look for DDoS protection. Hope this will give a wake up call.

We never state that it is just instantly setup, each package that isn't always instant setup states "up to 24 hours, usually instant". This doesn't mean always instant.
If your server crashed then you should contact our support and we will provide you a reply which weeds out anyone having issues with their world/plugins (which we don't provide support for). This reply makes sure the issues you're facing is on our hardware therefore our responsibility.
See this point makes me believe you've got the wrong company because we never put limits on our databases, you'll need to explain further about that.
We have been short staffed and we have things in place to overcome that issue now but if we are the worst you've met in this business then you've not met many I can assure you of that. Our usual reply times are under an hour for severe issues.
Please provide the staff member you spoke to, if you provide the name then we can look up your tickets.
Please also note that our support doesn't cover your software issues, if we believed that the issues you faced are because of something on your server then we wouldn't provide support for that.
We answer all tickets, in fact I myself go though 90% of tickets and I've never come across a situation as what you're describing. Nevertheless as of right now there are no tickets in the queue and that is not new news. Tickets are answered all day and none are left ignored.
Saying we have fake reviews is your opinion, it is wrong, but your opinion. You have no proof the reviews are fake therefore you cannot make accusations like that without any back up.
I am to believe this person has never had a service with us and until they provide solid proof of our support ignoring them + the other points they make about our services we will stick by this belief.

- I find disturbing all these fake brag quotes you use for advertising to attract people, as many of these were proved wrong. (Experience staff, You reply within minutes)
- Your company doen't even cover my basic needs. A functional server.
I regret purchasing from you. I feel sorry for my money.
You can suspend my server, i wont need it more. Its trash anyway.
