Reading through this makes me laugh and to be honest it's people like you who we block out with the things you have to write.
When we have hosted a server for this long we know a little more about this then lets say 'noobs', so we know that if you cannot be bothered to fill out a 6 line info about yourself then your not someone for our server.
We spend a lot of money for the upkeep and quality of our server so people that can be bothered to answer a few questions will have the best possible time while on the server.
We never used to have the forum but we introduced it as a way of better communication (as well as using our IRC channel). People can post their ideas and maybe photos of their recent discovery so I'm sorry you wouldn't fill out the small sign in section but well what they say is you get what you pay for. If you cannot be bothered to apply for something which i must add you can still join the server and build it's not white listed so like I said if you don't put in the effort you won't get anything out of it.
Why are you even running a 64-bit operating system on a computer with only 2GB of RAM?
There is one and only one reason to use a 64-bit operating system: You have 3GB or more or RAM, and want to use it all. 32-bit operating systems have a cap to their usable RAM at 4GB, and any devices you have that use RAM (video cards, audio cards, even serial ports) take up part of that usable RAM, so if you have for example dual-SLI nVidia video cards with 1GB each, they consume a total of 2GB of that 4GB space. They don't use the system RAM, but they block you from using it. This is a limitation in the hardware so it applies to any 32-bit OS: Windows XP/Vista/7, Linux, Mac or other.
Seriously, go out and get yourself a RAM upgrade, as much as your computer can physically support (make sure you know what you are doing, or have someone you trust who does), to give your 64-bit operating system room to breathe. I have 6GB and Windows 7 64-bit alone consumes 2GB of it, and that is right after starting up cold.
I don't get it "Seriously, go out and get yourself a RAM upgrade", why do you have to be so aggressive he doesn't have to get a RAM upgrade. He can either downgrade to 32bit or get the RAM upgrade their are other options.
The issue about the 64bit was already addressed and still waiting for a reply, I hope he says he wrote it wrong that he's actually on 32bit. I wanted to bring it up to his attention he doesn't need someone telling him to get out and get an upgrade.
Please read other comments before posting your comment, if the issue was previously addressed there's no need to bring it up again.
Ok it's only so people know who their playing with and it's so no griefers join.
Usually if there are griefers want to join a server they wouldnt fill out anything as they just want to do their deed but I guess sorry you didn't want to join.
The admins work hard to keep this community clean and with friendly people who help others.
They keep people like your friend out who spend their time insulting others when they're sitting behind a computer screen when they have nothing better to do.
Will be very difficult for people to join you considering what is going on with Minecraft.net
They can never join on that ip unless there connected to his network.
But connecting with minecraft.net can be an issue but just spam the login button, works for me :biggrin.gif:

I'm not the best wizz at computers but im sure you need more than 2gb to run a 64bit operating system that can't help running it.

Thats your local ip that's the way you connect to it and others on your network can.
Go to cmyip.com and it will display your external ip address that other people can connect too.
