When a Chuck Norris creeper is going to explode, instead of a "tsssssss...", it'll be "Chuck Norrisssssssssssssssss"! And the creeper will not die from the explosion, it will be ready to explode again!
    CHUCK NORRIS CAN'T DIE!!!!

But seriously, giant creepers would be totally awesome...

Two minutes of cracking your joints is just kind of creepy.

Well originally I was going to make ore fragmented files, but that didn't work because I couldn't make the furnace a defragmenter or whatever it's called.

To hell with the mac users I don't care what they can't understand lol

What IS the icon for .dll files though? Because for me it's just the standard "Windows cannot open this file with any program you have" icon.

Doors: I'll try that but I don't know if it'll work. Hopefully it will. See if you can't come up with something else while I'm working on it.

Ore idea: Maybe... What's something in the computer (actual OS) that's a resource?

The workbench is Windows 7's default installer/executable icon. I thought it fit.

    Let's see, things to address:

Fire- I'm going to try to work on this eventually. Ideas on what would fit in a cyberspace world?

Blocks in general- I'm aware that it's somewhat repetitive when most of the blocks do look similar only with different colours, but that follows the theme of Dystopia. I'll try to make the difference between logs/wood a bit harsher, but I wanted to keep the colours similar since they are the same substance.

Ore blocks- I'm up for suggestions for these, though I'm considering making them smooth stone blocks with the black behind the circuitry replaced with that ore's colour (dark yellow for gold, reddish tan for iron, white-blue for diamond, grey for coal). I'd really like suggestions though.

Particles/Effects- I don't know how to make/change the particles for furnaces/fire/toches/etc. If someone could send me a PM detailing how I will gladly change this to something more suitable, such as perhaps the random emitting of 1's and 0's

Dirt- You shouldn't have it in your mines anyway. Smelt cobble and replace it, silly man. Right now it's designed to fit with grass only though I may change this in the future once everything is switched over.

Doors- I'm not happy with them. I wanted a translucent/transparent colour with black binary over it, but the door wouldn't be transparent. Suggestions for alternate doors?

As for the block cracking animation, I'm not sure how to make it more visible. I don't know how it layers it on top of blocks you're breaking, or if it randomly makes some pixels transparent. Again if someone could send me a PM detailing how this works I will deal with it ASAP.

I'm most likely going to continue basing things I can that aren't represented in Dystopia off of Windows, since hell, windows is windows, it'll be the OS that enslaves humanity.

As for Redstone I was planning on making it look like circuitry. We'll see how that goes...

    More Work:

chests are now .rar archives (Is not 100% accurate, but it's around 90%. I couldn't get the yellow label on the purple book because it would have put it at both ends of double chests and the top edges are brown because that's the only way to get the belt to wrap around on double chests. Single chests don't wrap around. I can't get around this at all unless I were to rescript minecraft and add more textures for the chest.

workbenches are now executables (a-la windows 7) with the all important "Run as Administrator" shield. I'm very proud of this one.

Furnaces are Disk Burning icons. When not in use it's just a disk, when in use the front changes to a disk being wrote on with a red laser.

    Also done:

    TNT: Interface Screen
    Wood: Teal
    Trunk: Dark Teal
    Glass

Here's the current terrain.png. I will put it in the OP

ALL of this is done by hand pixel by pixel.

Dude... Minecraft's default is 256x256. That's tiny. And each individual block is only 16x16, that's practically microscopic in terms of graphics.

It does make it run slower, but it's such a minuscule difference it doesn't even register.

    Dang... I cant edit water...

Make it 32x32 instead of 16x16

If you're using a program like Photoshop to edit it, resize the image to 512x512 and use the setting "Nearest neighbor" to preserve hard lines.
