I think you should pick me is because I have had tons of past experience as as working as a staff member on multiple big networks in the past which gives me the upper hand. I also can be on for a play time of 2-15 Hrs Daily!.
I love the communities playerbase I find it a place where people can enjoy there time. The staff are extremely good at there job and monitoring chat.

Why do you want to be a Admin/Jr.Admin?: I want to be a Jr.Admin because i really want to help servers, i have been admin on some small servers but i can also handle big servers. Everything that goes to Jr.Admins work is that i can pretty much do, and sorry if i dont put apostrophes. I am pretty lazy in doing that, but if i am admin on the server i will do that to be as Professional as possible,
Do you have any experience with being a admin?: I do, i have been head-admin and admin on some small servers, as i just said. And owner on a small server that never really grew, i did most of the work there. I have been admin around 7 times in the past 2 years, its just that i dont get accepted alot to servers. I have alot of experience and skill when it comes to server work and helping others, I can almost always get to the server unless im in school. And these gamemodes that are in the server i love them so i would also like to play kitmap and all sorts of that good stuff :D.
What can you do for the server?: I can help the owner with pretty much anything but Pex and coding plugins. I can also help others by telling them commands if they dont remember them. I can help alot of people as such as people who are stuck in walls (i went raidable once because of it) In hcf and light end portals for others.
Anything else? I am a pretty mature dude so I hope to get accepted and help this beautiful server!
Buddy I hate to break it to you but minecraft is not a professional job XD. And even big servers have staff that are under 15. Mineplex accepts people at the age of 14 and 13. It all just depends on how mature the player is.

Why do you want to be a Admin/Jr.Admin?: I think I am suited for this position, given the guidelines you have posted. I love helping out others and I have a lot of free time on my hands. I would love to be apart of something great and I think your server could be a massive hit with some staff.
Do you have any experience with being a admin?: No I have not, but I have had experience with being a helper. I was a helper on one of my friend's server. It wasn't very big, numbering to about a total of around 100 people or so. From that server, I learned how to assess certain situations and thus I have become a better staff member from that.
What can you do for the server?: I am on basically every day for a few hours at most. As you can probably tell, this could benefit the server a lot. Staff members who can be online a lot tend to be able to help more on anything regarding the server quality etc. I have various apps to help you keep in contact with me such as Discord and Skype so I am very easy to reach. An Admin's job is to be able to possess the ability to recognize harmful situations and be able to act upon it accordingly. Admins also have to be able to help with the overall server management. For example, things like keeping players in check, making sure there are no hackers and all players are having a good experience on the server. I believe I have all these traits. I love helping people. I'm able to discuss with players that are having conflicts with others to make sure we all end up on a common ground and hand out punishments if need be. If any players have any questions regarding the server, I am able to help them and answer their queries. If people ask for my opinion, I give my honest answer in a polite and non belittling way. I can help keep everything in check, making sure there are no bugs and if there are, to try to find a solution to the bug and fix it. I am also considered very kind and generous within the Minecraft community. I often do drop parties and I don't like to get into arguments with other players unless its absolutely needed. I think I could be a great addition to your server and make it even better than before.
Anything else?: I got Minecraft around the time when it first came out. It was still during Beta when I got very intrigued with the way this game functioned. Its very unique and different from the many other games I had played before. A few years later, I had grown very addicted to Minecraft. Unfortunately, my first account was hacked and I could not access it any more. I then re-bought the game and started up this account. To say the least, I have a lot of experience with Minecraft. I am a very experienced Minecraft player and I think I could help out your server quite a bit.

What can you do for the server?: I can help people within the server, watch for hackers, watch over moderators, and help with any console/plugin issues the server may face (especially when moving into a network.)

That's a stupid rule. Age shouldn't matter. Some of the people you just denied could have been incredibly experienced and smart. From what I saw they were completely qualified for the job and you turned them down just because of their age. Maybe you should have voice chatted with them before turning them down to see how mature they could be for their age. What you just portrayed was not very nice and their is a word for people like you. You are an ageist.

What rank are you hoping to receive (builder or Helper (or are you staff hunter))?: I'm certainly not a staff hunter although I noticed you needed admins in the title of your forum post but here it only says builder or helper. I was going for admin but maybe we can work around that if it isn't available anymore.
How often will you be on a day?: I can be on for 3-5 hours a day.
Past experience?: Let me first start off by saying I have owned 2 servers one of which wasn't as professional considering I had no staff members, it was pretty much me seeing how successful I could create one of my own servers without the aid of anyone else. It wasn't as successful as I thought I had a single gamemode and averaged around 10 players a day until I shut it down because I was paying way more than I had to. I'm not going to lie in this application because I need to be accepted by telling the truth first off because lying will most likely affect my chances of being accepted and also I wouldn't be able to live with myself knowing that I told a lie to get a position that I really wanted. With that being said everything you hear from here on out and what I've previously said is the truth and nothing but the truth. So let me now continue. My second server I owned was a really nice community I had a small staff team and I was personally friends or good acquaintances with all of my staff members. It was a fun place to be and we averaged about 20 players a day and although it wasn't the most amazing server to play on it had some unique features that made it better such as custom plugins most people didn't have and other unique ideas. Anyways that server is no longer running anymore for the same reason my other server stopped and that is that I was running out of server funds which lead me to not being able to pay for it any longer and I had to close it down unfortunately. I have a really good understanding of most common plugins nowadays and I could basically set up any plugin you needed me to. I'm also really good with commands, those are pretty much my two strongest aspects in the game. I love using commands because there is an endless possibility of things that you can do or create with commands and it's honestly amazing. I'm not the greatest with redstone since nowadays people can make mind blowing redstone contraptions that even I can't comprehend although I can still make some nifty things and I'd say that's another one of my strong suites. Honestly I know I've said this already I believe but I can configure more plugins and customize them a bit in the sense that I can't actually code plugins but I have a small understanding of JavaScript and I could probably learn it more if I needed to but I can also config plugins really nicely and it works smoothly in the end. I can't really build though to be honest that's why I'm not applying for builder but I build sometimes on my own in my single player creative world or on creative servers on other servers and I have a great understanding of world edit and voxel sniper so if you needed me to build something I'd say I'd probably have the knowledge to do so. I feel like it's time for me to stop trying to make my own servers because I can't seem to make any profit and just help others try to make profit off their servers. I know I keep talking about money and how money is the most important thing about making servers but it's just like YouTube or Twitch or any video or recording platform, I don't care as much about the money as I do about actually making players happy and having a nice and fair server for them to play on and play with their friends, make new friends and just make the whole community a better place as a whole. I really just like helping others and using my previous knowledge and past experience to help grow or create new communities for other players to use and play on and enjoy a lot. I do feel like money was a big thing in the past for me because I was younger and greedy and I was desperate for money and maybe that's why it didn't work out, I have changed now and I am smart enough to realize that if you're in it for the money you won't get anywhere because you won't love what you do. It's the same as working and having a job, you could be doing the most high paying job in the world, but if you don't love what you do or at least enjoy it in some way, you will never get anywhere and to me the money won't mean anything and I might live the rest of my life with lots of money but I will never enjoy life to what it is and never live it to my fullest potential. Now that I got that over with back to the server, I drifted off the opposite way of the server for a second there. Just to recap everything I've said, yes I really do enjoy helping others and making these communities better places to be and just better in a whole, that's why I wanted to apply and that's what I'm staying with.
Are you staff on any other servers? If so how many and what ranks?: No I am not, I quit most of them because the owners were being really stupid and didn't really get what they were doing and I was just trying to find the perfect server to apply for. I know this seems a bit like a staff hunter but that's not the case, see the difference between me and a staff hunter is that a staff hunter quits servers anyways, I actually want to find a good server to apply for.
What kind of person are you?: I am a kind and loyal person. I'm that guy in class who stands up for himself and the people he loves. I don't let anything I don't want to happen happen before I have a say in it. I am trustworthy and easy to work with.
Have you been punished from the server? If so please include detail: I have never been punished on your server because I don't know the IP , obviously that's not the only reason as you wouldn't have anything to punish me for.

What would you do if you found a hacker on the server?: I would record any get any evidence I could then swiftly ban them and send the evidence to the owner. I will never ban anyone without some sort of evidence.
