Maybe add different foods to feed the wolf. and when you know more add different effects to the food depending on what you feed them. e.g. feeding it chocolate will poison it etc
Interesting idea. I'm not sure about the status effects, but more food for wolves are a good idea.
Hi, I'm Steviegt6. I'm learning Java and feel it would be a nice experience and pretty helpful if I took some basic mod requests and added them to my mod. If you have any ideas, send them my way!
Stevie's Things is a small-but-growing mod I'm currently developing for Forge 1.12.2 that, as of now, only features a few items, but that number is quickly growing. It is a misc. mod that doesn't focus on one thing in general, but aims to keep the mod's feel relatively consistent with Minecraft as a whole, trying not to feel out of place. It adds new tools, armor, and weapons. You even spawn with a set of custom (but not very efficient) tools!
Please note my mod has not yet been verified on CurseForge. When it has been verified, I will provide CurseForge download links as well.

Oops, meant to say it hasn't been brought to 1.7.10. Yeah, there's a 1.12.2 version.

I believe DimensionalDoors can achieve something similar to that, but there isn't a version for 1.12.2.

Not sure exactly what you're asking, but Malisis Doors is, indeed, a mod.

My mod finally got approved, so you can also download it from CurseForge!

If you haven't tried the mod out yet, now is a good time! I've just released v0.2.0, one of the biggest updates so far!
