I'm extremely concerned about the very real possibility of content theft.
It would be all too easy for someone to grab copies of all sorts of lesser-known maps and texture packs, register a business license, and then post the stolen content on the Marketplace under their own name.
What protections is Microsoft going to implement to ensure that the store isn't full of stolen content?

Well there won't be any sort of player race, but I wanted the town NPCs to appear like the races of skyrim. This will largely be cosmetic, though.
I'm not really interested in asking another team for help on my mod. I've got everything pretty much covered, and basiliskboy is making some really awesome creature and dragon models. If someone comes to me and offers to help, that might be a different story.

Eh, I'm really not up to the task of creating and running a server. One of the leaders of TamrielCraft has expressed his interest in using ToS for his server, so you might be able to join that.

Quick tip, you know MC supports box rotation, right? So the arms don't need to be several stepped boxes - they can be one rotated box.

I've also gotten the world generation code for dungeons to work, so they now spawn naturally in the world. It still needs tweaking and rigorous testing, but I'm well on my way to having an alpha version ready.

I'm currently building it for 1.11.2. I plan to put out a version for 1.10 as well, but I'm not going back any farther than that. I'll of course I'll put out updates for new versions of MC as they come along.
Sorry, no test version yet, but there will be one soon (ish). I'm hoping to have an alpha version out in about a month.

Dragon priests are definitely coming. Unique masks are also very probable.
The new enchanting system will be similar to skyrim's in that you can pick whatever enchantment you want (instead of being given a random one), but you will spend filled soul gems instead of lapis lazuli. You won't have to recharge your weapons, if that's what you're concerned about.
Telekinesis and Equilibrium aren't on my to-do list for spells, sorry. At least not right now. They're kind of fringe spells, even in Skyrim.
I'd love to have your help if you're any good with sounds.

I've given the skeevers some fangs and implemented them in the mod. They are hostile and will spawn in the dark.

For posterity:
I've discovered the cause of the issue. AddComponentParts() (which is a vanilla method) needs to return True if the structure is successfully built. My problem was that addComponentParts() was always returning False, which led to the removal iterator being triggered when it should not have been.

It's being shot by a regular bow, so it's spawned the same way as any arrow.

Update time!
First, I've created skyrim's iconic metal coffins. These will generate randomly in nordic dungeons and will spawn a leveled draugr when you get too close. (Draugr have not yet been implemented). Eventually, there will be one of these coffins in every "boss fight" chamber that will spawn a Dragon Priest.
Second, I finally worked out the kinks in the ruin generation system, so expect to see lots of ruin world gen pics soon.
