I can try to update the 1.6.4 version to have multiplayer, if you'd be okay with it. (Hooray for the power of open source! :D )

I am okay with it. Good Luck! :)
Let me know how it goes. Maybe I'll post a link to it, if it works out. :3

I have an idea for Minecraft. I am not the only one who has thought of the either.
Add a Heaven/Sky Realm!?! One that uses a craftable portal. (Using one of either Redstone, Glowstone, Quartz, Snow or other block?) Something that can be crafted using the same method as Nether Portals. (But with a blue or yellow portal?)

Another idea I have. There is a hidden block in Minecraft. It can be used as Polished Stone. (Current ID for Texture: double_stone_slab, Meta Data: 8, Texture used: Top of Stone Slab.) It can be crafted using 2 stone slabs? (It drops itself when broke.)

And Please, Please add Stone, Cobblestone and Polished Stone Lanterns to Minecraft? (Crafting recipe is like Jack-O-Lanterns. But with stone stuff.)

why are you including the source and not GPLing this? o_O

Sorry about that. I don't know why I didn't change it sooner. It is now under GPLv3.

    No MP support. Please fix!

I have stopped updating this mod for the time being. I plan to update it again after the Plugins API is out. (idk when)
As for Multi-Player; I am still new to Java and Minecraft coding. I have not worked with it in months. I'll see what I can learn.
Sorry, I do not plan on making the 1.6.4 and older lanterns have MP support. (Unless I change my mind.)

I have a suggestion for this. What about aliases? You change your name. And no one can take your old one. You can also switch back to it if you want. I don't know if aliases will work for backward compatibility or not.

What do you guys at Mojang think about the aliases idea?

Okay, I am not going to go see that movie when it is out. (Unless someone drags me to it or I change my mind. lol)

Something that can be crafted like Jack-O-Lanterns. But uses Stone and Cobblestone instead of Pumpkins.

I figured out the new skin. :-D

The top part is the same! (For downward compatibility?)
The texture image is 64x64. (Old was 64x32.)

All of the #2 parts work like the hat/helmet. (My jacket is really a jacket now. I have also made a red T-Shirt. :3)
The sides are in the same location on each arm and leg. Some textures will need flipping. (I am still working that out on mine.)

Hope this info helps people. :)

Aug 05 2012 05:34 AM Was the exact moment where she was last active. Now some of you might think that's bad news, but for everyone posting on this thread,
she quit using MCForums when she made her blog. So if you're looking for updates then check there.

Dec 21, 2012 is when her last post was on her blog. Her last Tweet was on Aug 29, 2013.
She seems to be having truble with updating her mod (It is a big and complex mod after all.). I don't know if she is still helping with Forge or not.

I noticed with all of the changes to the Minecraft engine (They are prepairing for adding a built in modding API. =-D). A lot of mod makers are having problems adapting before the next update. (Me too. Very small mod; but I am new to this.)
I am looking forward to Minecraft having it's own modding API/Loader (1.7?). MC updates may smooth out after that (Engine changes will become rare. Vanilla Minecraft will become a default mod.).

Hope this extra info is of some help. :-)

Thats for Binding texture to the renderengine (for gui n stuff) and fot block s it i think:
.setLucalizedName(youBlockname) or .setUnocalizedName(yourBlockName) and the image of your block has to be the same name in assets/minecraft/textures/blocks/yourBlockname.png
I'll wdit this if i'm on a proper pc
    It's:
    .setUnlocalizedName("yourItemName").setTextureName("yourImageName");
    place it in assets/minecraft/textures/items/yourItemName.png

Sorry, I still keep geting this error when I compile:
