Try turning off either water caustics or lens flare effects as I know these 2 can bug out on some computers.

Have you tried re-downloading the shader as something may have gone wrong with the first one (I have had this happen in the past, strange as it may sound). It’s quite strange that you can get good FPS with SEUS v11 but not with renewed, only thing I can think of is that there might be some part of the code that your AMD card struggles with. I say this cause when I was working on continuum there were times where the shader would crash on AMD cards but work fine on Nvidia cards due to differences in drivers, if you don’t have the latest drivers then try getting them and see if that makes a difference. The other thing to check is where you select your shader to make sure you haven’t changed the settings on the right and leave them on default.

For those that want volumetric clouds back in SEUS renewed here is my latest video tutorial on how to code them back in, enjoy

It should be a given for everyone to get better FPS with SEUS Renewed because it is lighter on implemented effects like no volumetric light or clouds and lower quality GI. I would check to make sure that there is 2GB or ram allocated to minecraft as that can affect FPS.

To add depth of field in SEUS v11 you can watch my video tutorial, for SEUS Renewed I haven’t had a chance to have a shot at it but I do know the method in my tutorial doesn’t work with renewed.

My latest video tutorial on adding light jitter is up now to view.

There is no way to add volumetric clouds atm as the old code is now incompatible with SEUS renewed, you will either have to re-code the old volumetric code or come up with new code. You can check out my video on this and see the changes I have already made and future tutorials:

Sorry to say but SEUS isn’t compatible with Apple Macs.

DoF isn’t in SEUS renewed at this stage, so you can’t enable it I’m sorry to say.

Try starting the game without all other mods and see if it works then as it could be a conflict of mods happening.

Right you are ma man! But...I'm a big fan of SEUS, he started all this...or even if he wasn't the first, he's the guy who popularize it! He's a very nice guy and I would love to support his work. Also...people like Continuum charge BUG bucks for their work...like...Continuum 2 + Pulchra above 128x is 50$ :D...I mean...dafuk?
Buuuut...even after all that, it would be really ignorant and stupid for me NOT to try something else...just to see, so yeah, I will.
The intention of my question tho still remains. Can we do that in SEUS? At least...how can I change the presets: low/high/extreme?
Yeah continuum 2.0 does cost money at the moment but will be free once it gets a full release, however continuum 1.3 is out now for free. It will take a fair bit to get custom presets if they are not already there back into SEUS renewed, it’s not a simple line change within the code I’m sorry to say. I can say for sure that continuum 1.3 has SSAO as well as HBAO that can be enabled in the shader options.

Hi there people! I have a few questions that I didn't found the answers in the comments.
1. I'm using SEUS Renewed. Everything working fine except...where are the Presets option? I don't see them anywhere. I have a good enough GPU, but my friends with laptops don't. They wanna change presets, but we all can't find out how.
2. Is there to enable DOF? I'm really...really...really...into DOF. In games as well as in my photography and even drawings :D...so is there a way?
3. Is there a way to add SUN SHAFTS? It was so good when you see the sun through a tree and the shafts shine through the leaves. So is there a way to enable that? Also...why is the sun a biiig white blur xD
4. What happened to the realistic, random generated volumetric clouds? Those 2D ones are..okay...ish, but if you really have the PC...why not have to option to turn volumetric clouds on? I prefer a 10-20 FPS hit...just to have all the things I've listed so far. Cuz...we lower our FPS with shaders, to make the game look better...right? Then...why make exceptions? I know there's people with low end PCs, that's good...so just make some kind of choice for people with High End PC's that want DOF, Sun Shafts, Volumetric Clouds and so on.
Oh and one more thing...SEUS Renewed is kinda...blueISH...I would like a more warmer colours...is there a way to Config that?
And btw, I support a few people on Patreon...SEUS will be the next ;D
Have you looked at other shaders? Others like continuum or BSL shaders have all these effects your after so maybe give them a try until these make a return to SEUS renewed.

Drops in frame rate when looking at the water would be due to parallax water waves and the new caustics, you can try turning those off and see how you go as the refraction effect doesn’t really take a lot off your FPS.

I can't get SEUS Renewed to render correctly in my game. The problem is, when I try to apply SEUS Renewed 1.0.0, I get only green and white textures, like you can see in the attached screenshots, along with a list of errors about invalid programs. If I hold an item, it appears as a blank white square, and any blocks I hold appear as blank white cubes. The sky is completely black as you can see in the screenshot, and all blocks and entities in the world are white (including water and lava), except for leaves and grass, which are green.
I'm running Windows 10 Home on a Dell XPS 13 (2015) with an Intel HD Graphics 5500 card. I have 4 gigs of RAM, and I have dedicated 2 gigs to Minecraft, which has been fine, since it doesn't approach that limit while running the game. I checked that Old Lighting is set to default in the shaders settings of Optifine, like it says in the install directions. I've triple-checked that I've installed the latest version of SEUS (Renewed 1.0.0), the latest version of Optifine (HD U C7), and I'm running the latest version on Minecraft Java Edition (1.12.2). I tried downgrading to earlier versions of Optifine, as well as deleting and reinstalling my Optifine, without success. The shaders files are in the right file layout of .minecraft, like the install instructions say. I tried running SEUS v11.0, which worked perfectly fine, so it's something in SEUS Renewed. I have tried to use these shaders without a resource pack, with the new default resource pack that was recently announced, and with Soartex Fanver, all with the same result. I also tried using like 5 other shaderpacks to make sure it wasn't something I had done, and all of them worked fine. Here is an output log of when I try to use the shaders: https://paste.ubuntu.com/26287862/
I couldn't find anyone else reporting this issue, but I hope someone can help! Thanks, and let me know if I need to supply any more info. I'm new to this kind of stuff and don't know how to diagnose it myself.
My guess here is that your intel HD Graphics 5500 card can’t handle the new rendering techniques that sonic ether has implemented in SEUS renewed, you will eventually need to get a better GPU something like GTX 1050 would do.
