Jul 3, 2013Personally, I have only ridden a pig twice. Once I did it just to try, and the second time I did it because I wanted to get the achievement. In reality, pigs are only a food source and a source of entertainment for me. Riding them is just something funny to go along with it.Posted in: Discussion
If I had the choice between a pig and a horse for long distance travel, I would choose the horse in a heartbeat. They are faster, more agile, travel through water, can be led with ropes, have better controls, are not as weak (usually), and don't require vast amounts of carrots.
Plus, leading the faction cavalry is pretty dang cool. Battles are becoming much more awesome!
I love horses and donkeys, and would never want them to be removed.
Plus, how could I forget that they can be bred for specific traits, such as speed and strength? Pigs can't do that.
Riding pigs is a novelty.
Riding horses is an advantage.

(pics inside)Oh god, looking at the mountions and ice mountains gave me vertigo. Imagine trying to climb up, or worse, climb down one of those! But amazing work. If I had the chance, I would make my world look like this all the time! Keep up the great work.Posted in: Discussion

Jun 24, 2013Hackers. It's unfair for all of us if someone is hacking. I also hate jerks who think that they are better than everyone else and should be treated as such. No, I will not give you all my diamonds just because you have a Minecon cape. Now get out of my house before I make you.Posted in: Discussion

A long while ago, I made some ingame friends on a server. Together, we built a small town and I was elected leader. I did the best I could, and was as fair as possible. But one girl always wanted the "power" that I had. She always fought with me and generally treated me and everyone else like crap. Eventually, I left the town because I made a new, awesome friend and was going to work on another project. A while after I left the town, I came back to see that under the girls rule, the place was a mess. She took advantage of noobs by making them pay for crap that was way overpriced, covered the town with her name, claimed half the building we made as her own, and spread this whole retarded dating board everywhere that talked about who was dating who. I would have none of that and decided to live in a beautiful castle in the sky with my new friend. I never had any problems with him. Then, a while later, this girl made her own server.
She ruled it like, well, a noob. It was absolutely horrible. I mean, the server was a copy of the one we used to hang out on, down to the logo, and the rules mainly had to do with respecting the owner and stuff. She gave everyone OP but me (and I mean EVERYONE), stole my stuff constantly, and refused to do anything for me because according to everyone else, she thought I was some kind of threat. What an idiot. Everyone else was really nice to me, though. Basically, the owner made sure that I felt like crap. She never succeeded, though, as I'm one freaking tough cookie and couldn't care less about what she did. I left the server soon after, and shortly after that, it crashed because everyone else who logged on was treated worse than I was.
And that's my story. Sucks, huh?

The story goes like this.
One day I was derping around in my faction's home, just being totally peaceful and calm. Then, suddenly, the largest enemy of our faction claims the wall I'm standing next to, rips a hole in it, charges at me, and kills me. He then proceeds to kill me over and over. Me, panicking, as this is my first time actually getting into a real fight, calls my friend up on Skype and asks him for some assistance. In response, he brings his entire faction over to help me. And this faction, thankfully, was and still is the most powerful faction on the server. To make matters simple, the enemy died within a few hits.
Here comes the funny part.
My frenemy then proceeds to spam the entire chat with curses written in all caps. He doesn't shut up for a solid five minutes. Then, the server owner and a personal friend of mine decided that he's had enough and bans the kid for 3 weeks, or until he could calm down.
Today, I have become a trusted member of the faction that saved me. I regret nothing and we still all laugh at that kid spamming his heart out because he died.

1. Build a secret, small base that no one will found. Make it underwater or in the middle of no where. Make it safe and secure, and build a farm in there. It will help you to survive a lot of time inside the base.
2. Loot and grief other bases. Maybe you will find useful stuff.
3. Make an alliance with someone, but don't trust him too much. Don't tell anyone where is your base.
4. Never go in open places. Any one can find and kill you. If you found mountains- go between them, even if the way is longer. My suggestion is making secret tunnels.
5. Equip yourself with the best weapons and armor.
6. Diamonds and valueable stuff must to be stored in ender chests.
7. Brew tons of potions. They can always help you.
8. If you see some one's name, go away or sneak, so he won't see you.
9. When in combat- spam the left button. Use potions. If you are away engouh from the target, kill it with a bow. Full drawn bow with enchantments can deal lots of damage.
10. Grief spawnpoints and destroy beds (make the original spawnpoint full of lava or surrounded with obsidian).
11. Use mods like AutoSwitch. It is great in melee combat.
These tips sound good, but I won't be a horrible griefer or use hacks. I don't work like that.
Mar 17, 2013Try starting to play on a survival server and make some friends. Go adventuring with them and fight mobs with them. You won't be alone and will always have help. Once you get this down, try starting a singleplayer survival word on Easy. Work your way up to Hard or whatever. Or of course, like someone said before, get a kiddy texture pack with bright, happy colors and smiling mobs.Posted in: Survival Mode
