This looks and feels amazing! You've done fantastic work on every biome I've discovered so far. Seriously can't compliment this enough, thanks so much for working this hard.
This mod adds all the right things without changing things up too much. And it works with mega plants. Thanks for all the great work, I'm loving what it adds to the game!
You're doing an awesome job both with the mod and the forum, thanks for keeping this going and staying so connected with everyone. I've been using this mod since it came out and I often forget to build anything and just end up exploring. I'm super happy with it and your ideas, and I'm even more excited for 2.0 and the talk about potentially working on the Nether, cause its got so much dormant potential.
In all my exploring, I've really enjoyed the sub-biomes, and I've been curious if there could be a way to generate special "landscape wonders" like a grand canyon ravine, a great lake, Amazon river, White cliffs of Dover, a Fuji or Kilimanjaro lone mountain, Old Faithful Geysers, Stone pillars off the coast, something that is exceptionally rare and unique. Even some mystical sub-biomes, like a floating lone mountain, or a meteorite crater with alien/mutated tree types around it, maybe a Great Tree or Hollow mountains.
I had some potential biome ideas, but I don't know how difficult they would be to make. A biome that looks vanilla on the top, but has extra large caverns underneath, and a biome that uses the river code to generate rock walls. I know ideas are one thing and making them happen is another, and I don't know if any of these are possible, but I thought I'd send them your way just in case they spark some ideas for you. Good luck with the update, and let me know if you need/want help with textures of any new blocks, art is more my thing than coding.
Hey, this mod is amazing, just need some help troubleshooting an error.
When minecraft opens it stalls on the logo screen and then crashes. The crash report says there was an error with the cotton and grapes, nothing else. Any suggestions? Is there a way to turn off those crops in the config?
This mod is fantastic, and its been working great up until the new ocean update. I'm almost positive the problem is on my end but I'm having a hard time fixing it. I've installed forge and placed the .zip in the mods file, but minecraft doesn't detect the mod or list it when I turn the game on. Any suggestions?
EDIT: I was using ver. 1.2.1 but 1.2.2 seems to fix my problem! Thanks again for making such an awesome improvement!
Awesome mod, really head and shoulders above the normal. Is there any chance the seals from Thaumcraft 2 will return? I really would like to use the teleport seals.
Sorry for the bug about not generating in default worlds. That has been fixed and there is a new download link in the OP. I can't find out why Autumn Forest isn't giving you the colors, I'm getting them just fine.
Hey thanks for getting that to work in default, you're awesome. And I think the autumn leaves may be overwritten by my texture pack, I'm looking into it.
I've been creating and testing worlds with this mod and I can't thank you enough. This really is great, all the biomes flow well and feel like natural extensions of vanilla minecraft. Really awesome job!
The only oddities have been the autumn forest doesn't have autumn leaves, just normal green leaves, and the config file is set to use on default but it isn't working on default large biomes.
EDIT: Looks awesome, hope it can work in default large biomes.

I miss the seals from TC2, especially the teleport seals. Seals that activate and use your own essentia would be cool and balanced.
This stuff all sounds awesome, its so cool the stuff you've been doing. Thanks for keeping this going!
