I was building on a world I made (Superflat) And I saw this big chunk error and I do not know how to fix it?

And also I get really laggy around the chunk

Help??

If you do want to make videos, are you able to record? Yes, I have fraps and sony vegas.

Do you have a powerful PC? It is a decent laptop, sometimes lags on Minecraft.
Do you have Skype? Yes, I do, but it freezes sometimes.
