I am lost with all of these conversations. I think that the people who don't want hunger may have gotten too used to the easiness of the game, and don't want challenge. I don't know all of the reasons to be against hunger, but if you want it easy to build, that is what creative mode is for.
Isn't this kind of stuff illegal? How is it allowed to be there when its a complete rip. If you check the comments the same 3 people commented to this shamwow. The creator is a scammer. I dont want to waste money to check it out.
Well, he is probably able to get away with it by finding a loophole, like changing the name or slightly changing the game. But he practically is making money off the work of others. Check out his four apps, the names are similar, but not the same to the games he copied.
i only said i dont like hunger, maybe because im more beta pc player, but when they implemented hunger on pc i only feel the game less harder, i mean, its easy and bored obtaining food, it only takes time when mining or exploring, the"gives realism" its no excuse, because minecraft its not a example of a realist game, minecraft, as its name says, its about mining and creating, not being and adventure-rpg game, and the point of minecraft its not being like pc version, if they doesnt add hunger, great for me and many people, if they add it, i will be ok, but i hope they add an option to turn it off
sorry for my english
It is not supposed to be an rpg, it is supposed to be a sandbox. Hunger will enable sprinting, and it will make it so we won't accumulate a bunch of food that becomes useless.
Hunger is a necessity, as we have all these food options and then end up piling them in chests were they go to waste.Really, if you don't want challenge in the game, than you can play on peaceful.
That was cos of a whole new rendering system and the bug fix series of updates. It was actually about 3 months after 0.7.6 right? Add to that the fact they were also coding 0.9.0...
So I think my prediction is very realistic since they already have infinite worlds almost working.
... To find a fraction of a fraction you multiply them together. 1\15 of 1\5 is 1\75.
Going to the circle analogy, again, one is the value of the whole circle. 1/5 is the chance of something dropping. And 1/15 is the chance of whatever you ddropped is beets.
I think you were confused by the logic of having sequential chances rather than having side by side chances. That's all.
Sorry I misunderstood, I somehow got it through my head that you were saying the 1/5 chance was wheat(I feel stupid). I see how you got that.
You didn't understand the logic lol. I mean, assuming the drop rate for beetroots is out of the existing drop rate, rather than a side by side chance.
So let's use you circle analogy. We have a 1\5th chance of a drop. That's one sector. Now within this sector we have a 1\15 chance of beetroots dropping.
Does that make sense to you now?
The math is fine, but I pulled the figure from an assumption.
The math doesn't make sense. If wheat seeds was 1/5 and beetroot was 1/15, then beetroots would stay 1/15. If you have a circular spinner with an area that takes up 3/4, and the other has 1/4, it is still 1/4 the chance, the 3/4 doesn't change the chances of the other.Either way, something is wrong with with getting beetroot seeds.
I think the problem is that its a 1\15 chance out of the chance of getting Any drop at all.
I'm not sure about the previous drop rate of wheat seeds, let's assume it was 1/5.
So now, the drop rate for Beetroots would be 1\15 of 1\5. That equates to 1\75 chance of getting beetroots.
I think your math may be a little off, but you have the basic idea. Beetroots are a pain to get.
I agree with the latter... The most seeds I ever held in one hand was 7 and I kept bonemealing them to get more seeds, but in the end, I got 56 beet roots and one beet root seed...
Then again, maybe they want beet roots to be very rare...
You know what, I think maybe they should stay rare; maybe even rarer than diamonds. That way it could be kinda like an accomplishment to establish a beetroot farm and get a large quantity of them...
Just like finding a world with sugarcane so that you could make cake...
They should not be rare. For one they are a veggie, not an incredibly awesome shiny rock. Diamonds are only rare because they make epic armor and tools. Beetroots are used for soup. These problems are probably going to get fixed because wheat was the same way in MCPE.

No kidding, word for word has been taken from 8.0. As a matter of fact, every app this guy has made is completely ripping off of another.

True, but 9.0 is a big update.

Just this update took like 5 months. 9.0 is adding infinite worlds, and the devs are still working on the bugs from this update.

Then how did you get 1/75?

Edit: Got it from the wiki(possibly unreliable) so please test.
