Judging by the three letters "XBL", it means that I have an Xbox Live account. This is just in case you guys didn't know.

I wasn't playing in creative mode for that achievement. AT ALL.

posted a message on Goodbye, Minecraft

My Minecraft experience on the Xbox 36 has come to an end (no pun intended).

    "An end!? WHY???"

    "Why are you leaving!?"

    "What's going on?"

Well, I'm really really really upset with 4J Studios right now. There have been a lot of things on Minecraft that they have not fixed, and a few things that have been taken away in recent updates. Let me go into detail on why these things have stopped me from playing Minecraft, which are three of them, from least problem to biggest:

    1. Teleport option no longer available in Creative mode. This has killed easy teleportation to or bringing that player to where you/he is at. This was a very useful option to use in case you want to see what that player is doing without having to fly, walk, or run over to him/her or if that player is lost in the world and want to save him the trouble to come towards you. Now they decided to get rid of it in the Xbox 360 version. Why would you do that? If you would've kept this, this problem wouldn't be here right now.

    2. Tile Dropped Items moving around at a high speed, losing track of where it went, and not knowing where it's at. This has become a very irritating thing, especially if you are going underground, mining for Iron/Gold Ore as well as Coal, Lapis Lazuli, Redstone, and most importantly, Diamonds. When I mine, the dropped block sometimes either wants to stay or immediately leave the spot where I mined, falling into the lava just to get me so pissed off. Especially if I'm mining Diamond Ore to get Diamonds. This kills me inside a tad, meaning that it was a big waste of time. Not cool, 4J.

    3. The Passing the Time achievement not unlocking, even after 100 days pass (as people on TrueAchievements already know). This resulted in me leaving my 360 on for several weeks after getting all of the other achievements. And even at that point, the achievement still doesn't unlock. I know it is unlockable, it's just so freaking glitchy. I mean this is also stopping me from playing Minecraft, as well as a few games I would like to play. With 33.3 hours being the time goal for this achievement, it still doesn't unlock after all of that. And even then, it wouldn't be unlockable at all means. Some players managed to get it, while most can't. This is the most problematic thing that is stopping me from playing this game.

These three problems keep me from playing this game. And thus, that's three strikes, I'm out. No more Minecraft for me. I clocked over 250 hours into Minecraft, and it's really sad to see that go away, because 4J Studios is screwing the game up so badly ith their lousy updates.

So I guess that's a farewell to the game. Now I'll be on my other games on the 360. Until 4J Studios get their buts together and fixes these issues in an update, I will not be playing Minecraft anymore. This thread is the last thing to submit, Minecraft-related until those three issues are fixed.

    Goodbye, Minecraft.

As a side note, I now am unable to play Minecraft at all on my 360 because the game freezes upon selecting a storage device. In my case, anyway.
