Why are you applying for this position? (Explain):
I've been Co owner, administrator and other staff positions on a variety of different servers. Such as mccentral(Helper&Mod), Herbalcraft(Builder), PvpArena's(Administrator&Co-Owner) and my own server as an owner. I know everything I need to know, I'm reliable, trusted and loyal. Also I don't lie. If I messed something up then I'd be honest. Also, imagine me as a Co owner. I'd be at full help and I know how to run a staff team. I know how to keeps things organised and I'm respectfull to every single staff member. Doesn't matter if you're a helper or an owner. I'm have the same level of respect towards everyone.
About how much time can you contribute to the server?:
To be honest, as much as needed.
What differentiates you from other applicants? What makes you a better candidate compared to others?:
I'm reliable and trustworthy. I don't lie and I know how the position works. I do as I'm told and I'm respectfull to everyone. I've also had alot of past experiences with different server. Big and small servers.

No I haven't. All the servers, I quitt, simply because the owner was treating me like absolute rubbish.

I'm 17 years old. I'm a boxer, Proffesionally. I also still play alot of minecraft because the game never gets old. I've played it over 9 years! I like helping people and I really enjoy being apart of a community.

Any previous experience: I was a helper on mccentral a builder on herbal craft and a Co owner on an old server of which I don't remember the name. It had about 60 to 70 players standard though.
What are your strengths/weaknesses: I know basically every command I need to know. I don't really have weaknesses
Why did you pick Admin: Because I'd really like to have a big impact on a server and help it grow. Also I have more experience as an admin than anything else, even as a player.
How can you make a difference: I'm good at redirecting other when chaos is breaking lose. For example mods stress out and don't know what to do.. I'm there to help them. Also I can do what the owner does whenever he isn't online. I'm loyal an reliable. Never had any complaints on the way I deal with things.
How active can you be: 5 hours a day. Depends
Why should we pick you: I'm trusted and reliable. I don't lie about anything and I do what I'm asked. Also I enjoy what I do.
Define your style of management: Controlled and organised but straight to the point. No risky decisions and besides that I help where it's needed
Anything else we should know: not really besides I'll go into trial admin if you guys want to.
