Pros:
High rate of fire
A lot of damage
Has a lot of ammo capacity
Cons:
Heavy
Hard to find
Overheats
Don't let movies fool you. You cannot lug a real minigun around.
@ Flamethrower idea: But zombies have a high tolerance of pain. So they would last at least 5 minutes before their body can't withstand much more. Which is dangerous because flamethrowers are considered close quarter weapons, so the furthest zombie out you can burn is probably 100 feet away, and now you have a flaming zombie coming after you.
When I smoke a bowl and put on my headphones and let the bass of dubstep massage the back of my skull. I close my eyes and feel the sheer power of the music as the vibrations ripple through my brain.
Pros:
Tons of damage
The fire spreads to other zombies
Long range
Cons:
Hard to find
Heavy
Doesn't kill instantly
If zombies can live from decaying flesh and rotting organs, 3rd degree burns won't kill them, instead, now that they are on fire, you're ****ed if they touch you. Normally burning leads to damaged pores which leads to sweat and blood drying up and finally leading to death by over heating. I don't think it applies to zombies. I would assume it can touch a zombie from 50 feet out, but that is dangerously close.
The only thing I don't like about the m24, is that it uses a less available round than the r700. SVD is rare in the US so it's no good to me. Maybe if I lived in Russia, I'd use it. The full auto m16 has a higher rate of fire than the AK-47 just saying. Wood furnishings makes the AK heavier than the m16 as well. If I were to choose an assault rifle, ak-101. It's polymer, so it's light, fires 5.56x39mm so it's recoil is similar to the m16/m4 variants, and it uses the classic system that makes the ak-47 so durable. ;P
Electronic music has lyrics, and a lot of them are actually good. Especially in trance because they add to the ambience. I love hearing electronic songs with lyrics at events and I always sing to them if I know them. For instance:
I should program a survival simulation game that calculates your chances of survival against a zombie horde. Kind of like that facebook thing, but more of a game.
I've compiled a list of weapons to deal with the zombie horde. If we used these, would we survive?
Shotgun:
Remington 870, great range and firepower.
Assault rifle:
High rate of fire, less accurate than an M16, but it fires faster.
Pistol:
Desert eagle, they can do quite a bit of damage.
Rocket Propelled Grenade:
RPG-7, the most widely known RPG. Great range, massive damage.
Knife
Bowie knife. They've been popular since the 1800s. Even used by Rambo.
Sword:
Katana or longsword, anything with length.
Grenade:
Any fragmentation grenade.
[EDIT] Sniper rifles
Barrett M82 Sniper
1. rem 870, good gun, very widely used, cheap. Plenty of ammo.
2. If any assault rifle for a zombie situation, I'd say skip this genre all together. It's not easy to get access to a automatic assault rifle. The only weapon I'd recommend if they were still in production are the tec-9 sub machine gun. Preferred weapons among gang members because it is very easy to modify to have full auto capabilities. Other than that assault rifles are fairly useless in a zombie situation because they are hard to find with full auto. Assuming some military force got owned by zombies (very unlikely), you will hopefully find a M4.
3. Once again, I don't see why anyone would bother using a desert eagle and it's useless .50 AE againsts zombies. the recoil is too ****ing big and it is heavy and long. Worst pistol I would recommend. Heres a list I would recommend however:
-M1911: .45 ACP or one of it's variants. Favored by USMC for it's reliability for the last 100 years. The .45 acp is stronger than the 9mm and should fair well with zombies.
-Berretta: 92fs Used by the US army today, chambered in 9mm parabellum. There is an abundant amount of amunition for 9mm guns.
-Glock 17: Made from a durable polymer, the G17 is very light, and has gain notoriety as a preferred weapon among most handgun owners. Unlike the 92 and 1911, being made from plastic drops its weight significantly. There are also extended 9mm mags for it that can give you the extra rounds just in case.
-FN Five-Seven: it uses a 5.7x28mm round making it accurate for a pistol. It's used by law enforcement so you could always find ammunition from scavenging a fallen cop. It's also made from polymer so it's a light durable weapon.
4. RPG's are a death trap. If you find one, I'd suggest not picking it up if you don't know how to use it. It's heavy and will weigh you down for that "moment you might need it."
5. I oppose using sharp objects for zombie combat. like I've said numerous times. It sticks and you pull wasting time which is crucial so you can get away. Bowie knives don't normally come serrated so it will require sharpening every once in a while. If anything carry a ka-bar and use it for cutting things other than zombies.
6. See 5.
7. I agree, grenades are a good way to dispatch clusters of zombies. Throw an object as far away from you as possible to attract attention there, then throw a grenade when the zombies pack together around the sound. Although grenades sound simple, you'd need to know how to uses it. (Pull pin, grasp down the lever, release the lever when you are ready to throw. Not holding the lever= done for).
8. Long range marksman rifles are good, BUT, why would anyone use an m82? Contradictory to video games, shouldering that weapon is near impossible. It is recoil operated so when it jams, good game. You aren't fighting tanks,so why would you need an anti tank rifle to fight zombies? The gun itself weighs 30+ pounds, I don't care if you bench large numbers, 30 pounds is a ridiculous weight for shouldering and aiming. An average male can't shoulder 14 pounds without having trouble after 30 seconds. The sniper team normally consists of a 2 man group. A spotter and the sniper, and from what I've heard, lugging .50 cal rounds are heavy. Practical rifles:
-Remington 700
-Ruger 10/22
-Winchester model 70
And why wouldn't a suit of armor be awesome? They couldn't bite or scratch you and the joints of the suit are all connected with steel so you can't be ripped apart. I mentioned nothing about a sword either. I'd be stabbing them all... With bullets...
Because no one has unlimited stamina. Sure you're safe, but you will tire down eventually from running in that suit of armor. Eventually many zombies are pushing on you and knocking you over trying a piece at the flesh. Sure you're safe inside, but you die a slow painful death from heat and suffocation from 30+ zombies pushing on you.
I've only ever taken drugs once.
Last year I was going to my first concert. It was a pretty major event with a lot of big name bands showing up. A lot of people going were bringing either pot, or whatever. I didn't have hook ups for any of that BUT my brother's friend worked in a hospital... And he had access to chloroform.
So it's the day of the concert. The first band just finishes setting up and their ready to play, I take a hit of the chloroform and boom. I get knocked out. The next thing I remember after that is being woken up by my friend after the show had ended. Turns out chloroform doesn't even give you a buzz, it just knocks you out. I suppose that's why it's never caught on as a street drug.
What? Why would you take an anesthetic as a party drug? If anything , ketamine. XD
:cool.gif: A desert eagle because that gun is ****ing brutal and can tear limbs off (rotting zombie flesh) while still being lightweight and a convenient size.
In reality, a .50 action express does not tear limbs off like most people believe. it lays good stopping power at the cost of ridiculously unwanted recoil, and as for lightweight, it's big and not practical. When it comes to zombies, caliber size doesn't matter a 9 mm will tear through decomposing flesh as well as a .50 ae. So a smart zombie survivor would go for the more practical weapon which has a more abundant supply of ammunition laying around.
I don't see why anyone would prefer a sharp weapon to fight zombies off. Once stabbed into tissue, it has to be pulled out which is time consuming and impractical. Chainsaws are a favorite in zombie culture but I fathom why anyone would use a loud heavy weapon which takes about 4-5 seconds to cut through zombies.
other children. and depends on how old they are, I have seen high school students get arrested.
They get reported to the parents in which they can decide whether or not the kid has to go to juvie. If you are under 18 you can get arrested for a major offense, but douchebaggary isn't an offense. Your parents still have to take responsibility for crimes you commit under 18.

he didn't say he was planning to use it to fight zombies. It's his one way ticket to hell along with the zombies. (AKA suicide bombing)
