as for the mossy stone, I specifically made it to blend into smoothstone, as you can see in gest's pictures, I will look at adding some more detailings and highlights/shadows but I won't change this too much for the personal love of it. I will however make an alternate for people to use.

I do have one suggestion as well, mossy cobble to me is well... more mossier, in the sense it usually covers it from edge to edge instead of unnaturally staying in the center of an odd block shaped rock. :tongue.gif:

well that is an idea. But I wouldn't want to waste diamond as just pillar blocks. I really want to make a treasure block, for vaults and dragon lairs and such. I think that would be an alternate gold block though.
That.. Is... Purely... AMAZING, I LOVE the Lapiz and Gold blocks. They are perfect for so much, and the gold blocks, looking like column tops, a thought for diamond could be the columns themselves. :biggrin.gif:
I love how it all looks, but I do see one thing that really stuck out to me. The flower/grass thingy with the blue flower tip on has a dark part of the stem that just sticks out. If I need to I can point it out, but I think you know which I am talking about.
I don't see any issues with the nether to be honest, and the pillars look good if you wanted a fallen pillar in some ruins along with standing up. :tongue.gif:

Hahaha, wow, seems like that or someone is replying to the wrong topic. He won't be doing Aether until the vanilla textures are done, and not even 100% guarantee then either.
OH golly neither can I. have done about 4 or 5 textures so far, and none of them have been quite what I wanted, which is unique but also usable for more things.
If only you could make lava in the nether a different color then the surface world. :ohmy.gif:
Anyways, I can't wait to see the new nether either.
