Wow! so many cool takes on one theme. Now that I’ve had a chance to look at them...
Joliween Pack:
Solid work from Andre as always , I’m' always a fan of the pastel look his packs have and if you have never looked his cloud and grass color textures out side of game they are wonderful on there own with filigree and swirly bits. Top notch.
HerrSommer - Halloween Edition 2011:
I usually don’t like hi res but,
I loved the Hannibal lecter sheep and the bat particles also wicked nether wart.
Korthos' Dark Redemption:
dude awesome patterns and you totally nailed a moody level of darkness that screams survival horror adventure map!
Grim Pack:
Hot sassy sousaphone! please finish this one you totally have perfectly desaturated and awesome mid-evil inspired textures! Do want!
Grats to every one who made it, Some top notch work all around!
Right now joliween is wining but andrejolicoeur's got a large and fateful community of fans behind him and It's starting to look doubtful that any of the other entry’s will win.(and there's nothing wrong with that Per se)
But if any of the other pack authors are like me they probably saw Joliween had entered and had a “Oh- ” moment. Then again all of us would have had that if doku had posted a doku-ween pack. :smile.gif:
Thank you though if you do vote for me. I hope my pack brings you enjoyment.
as for the contest well I mostly did it to get the pack out there but I'm currently in second place so I really can't complain.

Now for some real talk,
I'm really not planing to abandon the pack but I don't have the time to work on it like i used to. So I'd like you all the be a bit patent with the pack not that you guys owe me anything.
Why don't I have the time? well i'm developing my own game, I don't mean this to be a big announcement just a simple and humble explanation of whats going on My end.
If you'd like to know It's coming along quite nicely and while theirs not much i can say at this early stage of development I can tell you this, It's a retro metroidvania platformer set in a forest ... and some other places. Also It happens to have some of the best pixel art I have created. Ever. were talking rich, beautiful, pixel art that your SNES wishes it had the privileged of displaying on your old composite input tv.
(seriously I have a old tube TV that I upload videos of the game up on my ps3 to make sure It feels right)
I have this texture pack to thank for the quality of pixel art I'm able to make today. I won't let it "die" without one good last update.

Now with some continuous texture mod support, and all new blocks and GUI's ect.
Enjoy!

WOW I'm so sorry I had no Idea that you waited,
I assumed you'ed just publish it and I'd see it then. You didn't need to wait
That adventure map is yours alone. Your creativity, time, and talent made that not me. the fact that my texture pack and primes inspired it is special but your map is your artistic expression! I feel offal about this but GristlyIsMe you need to get that map out in to the world. I'll play it, I'll enjoy it. but I refuse to give you a OK to release it, because it's yours not mine, Now go ! Go post that map in the forums and let us all enjoy it!

Hi, not dead yet but not full steam...
I know I haven't been as timely in the updates as I used to be but I still work on the pack on a semi-weakly basis. The updates to the game come fairly fast now a days and I used to have much more time to fiddle around and fine tune my textures.
As many point out My texture pack has never really caught on with the community, Not like jolicraft or gerudoku.
Originally I blamed the name of my pack, Mostly I thought that I just should have named it something lazy and stupid and add craft on to the end of it
that's no longer the case. I've simply accepted that for whatever reason It's just not that popular. Not that the lack of updates helps.
Mainly I just don't feel the drive, to get the pack out like i used too. It's not a particularly popular pack and though your gratitude is much appreciated authoring the pack has gotten a bit thankless over the lasts several moths.
Don't fret. I plan to sort my sh*t out and get a new version of the pack out soon-ish. *sigh* well a soon as i can.
Finding a job Has taken up allot of my attention lately.
Best regards

This was a big update!
we now support custom colors!
I added custom animations for the potion stand, torches, Glow stone, Lit Pumpkins, Lit furnace, water and lava buckets, and potion bottles.
Also new slime skins, added more villager skins for random mobs and gave the Inventory items some TLC (I fixed some alignments, redid the door Icons and fixed mob eggs to work with 1.1)
Well I think that covers everything enjoy!
