You guys are being dumb by saying stuff like "Putt-Putt, l0l sue me pls". Mentioning a name of a trademarked company will never get you sued in any way. They were dumb for sending a copyright infringement letter to Notch and that's that.
The amount of over-reaction in this thread is amusing.

Yes, that seems to be possible. You can specify specific coordinates for a destination like so:
/mvp create <name> e:WORLD:X,Y,Z[:PITCH:YAW]

Have you recently put in any new plugins? What about other software? What are you system's specs?
Also, check your CPU loads and see if Bukkit is using an unreasonably large or small amount of CPU time.

The simplest solution would be to give the lobby its own world. That makes it simpler to warp between the lobby and different worlds, since you won't have to deal with two potential warp points.
If your lobby is currently stuck in the wrong world, you can probably just cut and paste it into another one with WorldEdit.

You can check your public IP address by going to whatsmyip.org. It should stay the same unless you restart your modem, although certain Internet service providers will change it at other times.

So you might have to invest significant resources to get an end-game mobility option?
Perish the thought!
This makes it difficult to get a top-tier horse, which makes sense when you consider how powerful they are.

I see no reason why you couldn't code something similar to Ender Acid in Java.

If that's set normally, check that you don't have 3D Anaglyph on. That causes strange visual issues if you don't have glasses for it.

Also, have you port-forwarded? Port forwarding is what sends data to your server after it reaches your router. If you don't do that, it just gets stuck at the router and doesn't work.
