This may be a first magic mod that gets over one lava bucket rating, meaning it's actually worth using. I love how vanilla it is, actually utilizing fire blocks and particles that are changed with resource packs instead of adding random assets that don't fit, I like the way it's not tied to mana, that even with a few novice spells you get a workable rotation. However, I'd like to see some improvements.
First of all, spells must not be a random loot, that's infuriating, you have to be able to acquire them in a reliable way. I'd like to see GUI in which you choose element and get spells, would like to see levels, would like to see the ability to spec into recharge speed, damage, range, duration, stuff like that. I'd like to see skill trees with exclusivity at the highest level (you either go for blue flames, explosions or lightning; lava, sand or metal bending for example), maybe you could have a special condition to add another branch, like a boss or something.
Second, I'd like a graphical representation for cooldowns. Easiest way I can think about is using durability bars.
Third, earth and water seem pretty useless, I'd like to see dirt and stone being ripped of the ground and thrown, in chunks at the higher levels, water benders should be able to carry a water with them, and not just with bucket, it makes a mess, which is opposite of how you imagine water benders, they only should be buffed in proximity of water sources, not be useless without them.
Fourth, I'd like spells to not be dropped at death as they are a representation of your skills, and not a physical item.
Fifth, I'd probably like to see individual art for each spell to make them instantly distinguishable. I could probably provide pixel art for that if I get the list of spells.
And just a thought at the end, I'm not sure how balanced that would be, but having the ability to use spells without the full recharge in expense of your hunger may be fun.
UPD: Oh, and of course those attacks should count as damage from players, so that mobs drop rare loot and xp

I don't expect all if any of these to be used but I'm just giving my advice to help with the mod.
G.D.F. Workbench:
-Recruitment papers: Spawn a soldier NPC you can give them armor and weapons and they always use the strongest you give them, right click to set them to follow or stay, right click them and then a spot to tell them where to go. Right click them and then a ridable object to get them in like horses, tanks, boats etc.
-Tanks: Slow but they fire rockets
-Fighter Planes:
-Vehicles: Perhaps large boats made of iron and with dispensors/cannons that fire, the Soldier's will automatically activate any free cannon when in range. One could even make an airship like the kind seen in Final Wars.
-Machine Guns: Can easily take down normal mobs, I suggest these because if this mod is going to be adding things like Zilla babies and other smaller Kaiju then rockets are going to be overkill.
-Psionic Generator/Monster Caller: From the Half-Centure-War comic, it basically has four settings, the first one calls one monster depending on the closest biome, the next summons two to three different monsters, the third summons several more kinds of monsters and the last calls all the possible monsters that spawn naturally. To keep it balanced it should have energy levels which deplete faster the higher the level. It should also be expensive to make.
-Plasma Generator: From Godzilla versus Megaguiras, used to recharge/repair vehicles and objects made in the workbench.
Xilien Workbench
-Laser Pistol: A basic laser gun, not enough to take down a kaiju but sort of a very fast bow and arrow that doesn't need reloading.
-Xillien Saucer: Basically a flying boat that can take you between planets, perhaps even dimensions.
-Space Titanium: From the first mechagodzilla movie, its could appear on Planet X and be used to forge the Xilien set.
Other Ideas
-M.O.G.U.E.R.A.: Forged in parts like Kiryu, but much weaker since it doesn't require you to kill a monster
-Jet Jaguar: Cause why not, he could be another forged monster since he is a robot, in normal mode he could serve as a chest/bodyguard and to turn giant he could run on something like diamonds, emeralds or redstone.
-Monster Lairs: To help control the number of Kaiju spawning, there could be places where they naturally spawn and only one at a time. Ghidorah's would be on planet X, Godzilla's in the ocean etc.
-Animations: I do hope in the future someone can give Godzilla a better walking animation, a swimming animation and Ghidorah a flying animation if possible.
