    I'm also crashing. Just updated to 1.11 and created a new world, tried loading the save file and it crashes. Doing a random or specified seed also crashes.

    It was working fine with 1.11 pre 1

    posted a message on New Biomes? cool, but then again...
    The new biomes are very cool and stuff, but it's worrying me as far as the feel of Minecraft. Other biomes, not so much. But the mesa biome is a little iffy. I mean, what's Minecraft to you? Other than the generic "its fun to survive and build blah blah blah" What is it? To me, it's squids for marine life instead of sharks and dolphins. That's why I don't like the idea of any more marine animals, coral, etc. Or like when you chop a tree chunk out of the bottom, it doesn't fall over. The only two blocks that adhere to gravity are sand and gravel (and anvils, too!). That's Minecraft to me. Treecapitator? maybe like an axe enchantment? Nah. I like how it is. The thing with mods, you get vanilla spoiled. "What? it doesn't chop the whole tree down anymore?"

    My point is, when you start getting closer to the real world, Minecraft starts to lose its feel. I know, things pass and go, Minecraft will slow down eventually. That's important to know. Remember silly bands? I saw and article on them, and I was offended that they called them a fad! If you're a lego fan, you may know about Hero Factory. For me, the boulder is over the hill. I'm done with it. The third generation was the peak of the hill. But still, I think we could slow down a little. There's a common saying me and my friend have when talking about suggested features. Leave it to the mods. You wanna play Tekkit? FTB? download the modpack, don't force Mojang to add all that. Leave it to the mods. You know what Mojang wants to add to the game?

    What you want.

    Don't ask for something you'll regret later.

    What do you think? I say keep the "because we can" feel to minceraft. Why squids? Because we can. Leave it alone, that's the style of the game.

    posted a message on Damn My Lack Of Creativity!
    I struggle with that every day, I get up and before I start school, (I'm homeschooled! Nah, nah ,nah!) I get a good 30-45 mins in. >:D Just another half hour to fill my time, and I can't seem to find something fun to do in survival... I'm not very creative at all. Anything I build is:
    A. I'm extremely lucky to have the creativity for this idea
    B. I saw somebody else do it
    C. I'm a fan of ________ at this time, say Halo. I'll build the Forward Unto Dawn. (It's taking forever!) I'll build a pelican. etc. I've been currently working on a B-29 Superfortress bomber. Google it. It's an amazing plane. Take stuff from video games, movies, Lego sets, even? Build a statue of somebody/thing, pixel art too? I have a statue of Alpha steve(bearded) in full iron armor.
