Hello I am Smiththehammer and I am a redstoner. I am looking for people to help me with my new map ¨The Fable of Hayona: Order of the Stone¨ In this forum post I will tell you about the map, what you can apply for and how to do it.
About the title: Ever since I was little i would name my fictional towns/worlds Hayona, I don't know why, I was just playing a game, it asked me to named my town so I named it Hayona. It sounded like some sort of medieval land and to me that was cool. As for ¨Order of the Stone¨ that was part of the old name for minecraft ¨Minecraft: Order of the Stone¨.
About the map: As I am writing this the plot for the map has not been 100% thought out so I will try to explain the best I can. ¨The Fable of Hayona: Order of the Stone¨ Is an RPG (Role Playing Games) Where you pick a class and defeat dungeons and bosses to claim parts of some sort of amulet maybe (like i said the plot line is not thought out yet) to get access to the final boss and defeat him.
How to apply: To apply just leave your IGN, Skype, Age, Maturity, past experiences, Building style and some screenshots of your past work. if you do not meet all of those requirements you will not be chosen. you also have to tell me what you want to build.
What you can build: You may apply for these things. Main town, 1 town, 2 towns, 3 towns, 1 dungeon, 2 dungeons
, 3 dungeons, final dungeon, and paths in between towns.
Reward: As reward i will put some sort of reference to you in the game like maybe you make the town name or an npc is named after you. You will also be one of the beta testers for the map and will be given credit at the end of the map.
This project will take awhile so I hope you are up for a challenge and may the best builders win!
These are some of my build that I have made im sorry the last 2 are so simplistic it is because my computer was wiped and i lost all of my minecraft worlds and all of the screenshots i took of them. The first one is my town on a server that I play on alot called somnusrealms and the ip is mc.somnusrealms.com and it has many magic aspects, but all advertising aside I based to town off the main build which is the huge tower which is designed to kinda of look like a mage tower.
This second build is very simple since i had to build it in just 10 minutes but it is a arena help up by chains at the top of a volcanoe.
This last build is extremely simple but i made this without mcedit by using a trick that looks like it is lit but really there is a nether portal behind it.
As you can see my builds are what you are looking for since they have some detail but not to much without being bland. The last build was ment to show you some ways that i might create illusions to make the server look better so when people look at the build they go ¨Cool, how did they do that?¨

Age:13(but very smart since i work 2 grades above my level and very mature)
Skills: I am pretty good at building but my best skill is by far working with redstone so I may incorporate so interesting things in my builds with redstone
Past experiences:In the past I have build for 1 server before and been admin on 2 servers. I am also working on an adventure map where i am looking for some builders to help me as well since the map will be huge.
this creation seems very simplistic and just operates by teleporting the player around and is relying on the texture pack to make it look like the tardis.
i would like to help but i need alot more information about what type of style i am supposed to and all the details of the server so that i am able to make a prison that fits the image of the server that you are trying to create and what sort of rank i am able to earn.Once you give me that information i will tell you if i am interested and if so i will tell you about my building experiences. also i am extremly good with redstone so if you would like some extra mechanics to add to the server i could also help with that.
well i was asking him that not for this map that he wants to make in specific i jusy wanted to see because if he wanted to add mre things or make another map then he would have to learn more things about minecraft redstone and commands instead of just asking people on the minecraft forums or just copying people online. Also minecraft command blocks is just like computer programming but it is in a 3 dimensional plane and it is limmited to what mojang has put into the game for us to use

you may want to create a custom texture pack to enhance the experience of the map to help players recognize that area a little bit more.

you might just want to lear about redstone and if you dont enjoy learning all that code then map making is probably not for you
