He can easily just ban you, use a undo command, and be done with you instead of putting you on mcban. Again i think hes playing with you.

Sounds like a shake-down to me. Unless he provides evidence that these ToS are legally binding, there isn't anything he can do to you. Even if it was legalized, I doubt there is any real legal course of action he could take...

Yet, I did have creative and builder, and I griefed, which may be considered exploiting server features. HOWEVER. I still COULD have griefed the same things, the same amounts, without creative. Therefor, this is where i need help. If he cant provide proof of the Law firm are his ToS BS? Or are they bs anyways? Next, I never saw ANYTHING about Terms of service on the server.
