First of all, this server is new right, this system can't really work out, as no one would play on a new server for 30 days to become staff on this server. This is how you don't look for staff, you are greedy for players.

I'm generally seeking to join as a Social Media Administrator, but would not mind other (including less-senior) positions, depending on what you currently require. I believe I could provide a lot more information over the Discord in a slightly more comfortable manner.

QuickCraft is a new network and a personal project made with the intention to create a fun environment for all Minecraft players who are interested.
We have been working hard not only to make the network very unique but are also dedicating all resources to make sure the network fulfils its role and becomes just that.
In this thread below, you will find all of the positions we are currently recruiting for (except for positions in the general staff team, for which you can apply on our forums).

BUILD TEAM
We are looking for both experienced and new builders to join our Build Team. With that in mind, we are also looking for a more seasoned builder to lead our Build Team.
Members of the Build Team will be given an opportunity to join as volunteers or as a paid position, however, those looking to join the Build Team as a paid position should be aware that they will be expected to provide with results of much higher quality and will be expected to show a full portfolio prior to induction.

ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM
The Administrators of the network are those who hold specialist or leadership positions of any kind (including paid positions). We are always looking for new Administrators and whilst there are specific roles we are hoping to fill in before we begin our grand journey, you are more than welcome to come forward with your own suggestion for a specialist position.
All Administrators, regardless of paid or volunteer, receive the Administrator rank in-game and are considered full staff members, however, unlike the rest of the staff team, are not required to perform staff activities unless they desire to do so.
The positions we are currently recruiting for within the administration team are listed below.
Staff Management Team Leader[Volunteer/paid position]
A team responsible for general oversight over the staff team, the creation of guidelines and policies, review of reports against staff members, review of Helper applications, training of Helpers and much more.
Media Oversight Team Leader[Volunteer position]
Leading the charge in the Media Oversight Team which will be in charge of monitoring, reviewing, recruiting and supporting Media Creators across the network. You will be assigned a small team of members which will help you fulfil these duties.
Ban Appeals & Reports Team Leader[Volunteer position]
An Administrator in charge of the Ban Appeals & Reports team will manage a group of Moderators who will, alongside him, review player reports and ban appeals and will decide on their eventual outcome. Moreover, you will be expected to create formats, guidelines and protocols on a professional level.
Forum Moderation Team Leader[Volunteer position]
In charge of the entire Forum Moderation team, you will be maintaining the general state of the forums, as well as dictating and enforcing the forum rules alongside with your dedicated Moderators.
Gameplay & Rules Team Leader[Volunteer/paid position]
In charge of maintaining a healthy and fun network, this team will constantly review and request changes to all servers of the community to keep them balanced and fun, as well as maintain the rules of the network and all of the servers.
In charge of creating and maintaining plugins, as well as making amends as requested by the Gameplay & Rules team, these developers are what keeps the network unique and enjoyable.
