However that's probably a problem with IDlist because it causes same error with some other mods, i don't remember with which of them.
Wow o_O, I think you have a bug maybe? I have tested this and went to alot of deserts in a new world to find a pyramid, I ended up finding 2 floob ships but there wasnt really anything spawning on deserts. Most likely a bug
No idea what a bug, everything works, no crashes >_< Just overhelmed with creeps from this mod. I have installed some other mob mods like Humans+ etc, their mobs spawn as usual. Disabling other mob mobs doesn't help.
Edit: tested on regular generated map, everything is ok. Weird.
Something changed in mod's spawn condition, since old version were working fine on pregenerated maps.
Another errors with custom map.
It was made by ZOMG generator, then imported to normal world (old chunk format some months ago) via MCedit.
Now it was converted to region format in-game, and then i tried to use nbtoolkit.

So all pregenerated maps seem now unplayable with this mod.

For your example it looks like where "1" is result item amount, "0" is empty block aka air (id = 0), and "3 3" means 3x3 shape of recipe, and then there is just list of items row by row.
