This is because it is a different item, people can choose whether they want it in their map or not. Having limited light can be either good or bad for the gameplay the creator seeks. It is just so new that nobody have really made use of it. I am using it for a map currently though, which will be released in a month time.

Ah, so it is a different item. Alright, so my issue is different. Thanks.

As to the second, it's a known issue, it will also crash if you let it run out of oil while in the left hand.

Could I ask something? I think this might be my problem all along.

Is the lantern in the Mayan Temple map a torch instead of a lantern? Or is the torch a different item?

I've played two different maps (Mayan Temple and Zelda Adventure) and in both games there is no lantern, just a torch. However, there also isn't any sort of indicator of oil for said Torches, so maybe I'm wrong.

I'm not sure why, but AdventureCraft keeps crashing for me. I can play for maybe fifteen or twenty minutes and then it will automatically close out. I've got about seven notepad documents of the fatal error messages. Each one is slightly different, so would it be all right if I zipped em up and gave 'em to you in a mediafire thing?

On the bright side, it's a great mod you've got going here. I haven't had this much fun with MineCraft in a while.

Wotter's first evolution? Blue-fur thing? He's called "Futachimaru".

I'm not too angry with him because, like I said, he looks like a bro. My problem is with Wotter's final form.

Not possible without a cheating device. You can't trade any old Pokemon over until after the E4. That's old news.

No, I could trade from my Platinum to SoulSilver as soon as I had a second Pokemon... It's how I got my Lucario.

No, the developers themselves stated it. You can't transfer Pokemon from Platinum, Diamond, Pearl, SoulSilver, or HeartGold over to Black and White until you've beaten the Elite Four in B&W. That's very old news.

There is the Global Link, which lets you go into a "dream world" where you can encounter Pokemon with unique abilities (a Bulbasaur with Poison Point for example), but I assume they'll make it so that you only encounter Isshu Pokemon until after the E4.

EDIT: Admittedly, I still like Futachimaru somewhat - despite his ugly, ugly coloring, he still is based on a samurai, after all, and his balance of cute and tough make for great bro potential. But still - what the ****, Game Freak?

I honestly don't like the evos very much. Pokabu had so much potential to become some awesome quadrupedal boar thing that could like use FIRE STAMPEDE RAAAAH, but instead Gamefreak copped out with yet another Fire/Fighting type.

Smugleaf... I have no problems with other than the fact that his coloring's a bit too pale in the end.

Wotter... hoo boy, did GF sure **** up Wotter. I mean, his second evo's coloring is completely different and quite ugly. Compare his blue-furred self:

To an edited version where he has Wotter's original coloring of white fur with blue trim:

He looks way better in the edit - it's far more pleasing to the eye and it's more logical of a transition. Then we have his ridiculous third evolution, the narwhal... thing, which I'm not even going to get into.

My hope in Pokemon Black and White just plummeted.

For a lot of people on /tr/ (myself included), this will be the first time a lot of people either
-leave their starter in the PC
    -don't fully evolve their Starter
-use their starter as an HM slave

Almost everyone - and I mean almost everyone - is upset by these starters. I myself am planning to give Futachimaru (Wotter's evo, in that image) an Everstone as soon as he evolves so I never have to bother with his shitty supposed third evolution.

Oh, and for salt on the wounds? Smugleaf's family and Wotter's family supposedly both never gain another type. GF didn't even try something interesting like giving Wotter a Water/Fighting type (which would actually make sense considering Futachimaru is the Training Pokemon) or making Smugleaf... I dunno, Grass/Electric? Whatever.

While I'm unhappy that they didn't show off anything to confirm or deny the legitimacy of the unconfirmed starters during Pokemon Sunday (so that the debacle can finally END good GOD), the gameplay they showed off was ****ing awesome.

You, Belle, and Cheren all leave the town together - **** yeah.

Here's a link to this really neat Pokemon fighting game. Apparently one of the old clean-up artists for the games is on the team.

Be warned that it's not an English game - it's all moonrunes except for a small amount of ingame graphics.

    1P: Arrow keys and Q, W, A, S, D, and E.
    2P: Numpad arrow keys and I, O, P, J, K, and L.

To change your character's color, choose it with Q, W, E or D (or 2P's respective buttons).

Pokemons <3 I have a ton of Pokemon games XD I have Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Time and of Sky. I also have Pokemon diamond, Platinum, and SoulSilver

For some reason with starters I invariably choose either water or grass. Bidoof is the lamester sinnoh region pokemon...Shinx is the best electric in my opinion (I seriously love Luxray <3)

I'm eagerly awaiting for Pokemon Black & White to get Americanized...sick of rehashing the old games over and over again XD

Now as to the Black & White starters gotta say the water one looks like a really fugly otter...I so like the fire one...its adorable <3

wow Black and White really somone retarted will take that offensive and they will sue....

You're more than months late - the whole "black and white sounds offensive" discussion happened long ago.

Lemmings is a damn good game. The fact that it was ported to an HTML website so you can play it anytime you want doesn't hurt either.

They're quite obviously faked, of course. That goes without saying.

I was just saying that this guy: http://rupeeclock.deviantart.com/art/St ... -169682695

    And this guy: http://scicky.deviantart.com/art/Mijumaru-Evo-169696120

    Are real.

    Meh... I doubt they're real.
They look kinda based off of other Pokes.

    Crappy original and Milotic/Arbok.

    Chansey/Elekid and Rhyperior.

    And finally, Buizel and Walrein/Dialga.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but, yeah...

Aheh, the first evolutions of Wotter and Smugleaf are real - they were in the anime's beta art, which was confirmed to be real.

Admittedly, the coloring on Wotter's form (the bipedal one) is incorrect (which makes the images seem all the more fake), but still.
