    Very nice applications guys.

Thought i should post some info about myself aswell so you know who you are signing up to work with :P

My name is Erik and i come from Norway, I am 19 years old and currently working as IT / support maintaining servers n stuff ~

At my sparetime most of my time goes to keeping up with the digital world' nd ofcourse gaming nd all this casual stuff.

I played minecraft for the first time somewhere around 2010 i'd guess. And havent played much since 2011. Therefore you shouldnt expect to much of me (atleast not yet!) else than that I wil try and maintain and optimize the server as best as I can.

Also last time i played I had my own server, which were running pretty ok i'd say with about 30 active players at all times. Put it down because it got to a point where i was very bored of the game, and had to pay quite some money to keep the server up. (which wont be a problem now, even if i get hell bored).

And hey, before you think, ey the owner is a idiot or whatever. I have given the responsibility of getting the correct plugins n stuff to someone way more experienced than me: scree44s so don't worry about that :p.

Hope this encouraged you to join our server more than discouraging atleast. Also if you feel like it you can write application in the same standard that I just did. Much more entertaining to read =)

Oh sorry, havent been on the forums for a while so I'm not used to the norms.

Well ofcourse we would require a bit information about you as a player and ofcourse as a person. So i'll see if i can remember the most important parts.

    -Name

    -Age

    -From

    -Hobbies

    -School, Work etc.

    -Played since.

    -Knowledge as owner

    -Knowledge as admin

    -Knowledge as player

    -Contact info

-Other important information like coding (html etc.)

Do your best to fill out this and I'm pretty sure you will have a solid application :)

What i do expect from the staff:

Act mature, don't feel like putting a age requirement for that.

Knowledge of the game and hopefully some sort of knowledge about plugins and maintaining a server.

Would also ofcourse be a big plus if you can be neutral because as a admin you will ofcourse be playing on the server and making friends, but if any of your friend is breaking the rules they should still be punished.

And ofcourse normal behaviour this is so important even though it's sorta under the 'act mature' I gave it another one just for that.

Website: No. The plans for the server is not set yet, but in the nearest future I am not planning to set up a website no.

-Hope this answered most of your questions atleast.

Hello, we have recently started up a server, and then we figured it would be nice with a few builders and admins / mods. So far the server got installed Permissions, Essentials, Easywarp, AP and worldedit. But we are ofcourse open for suggestions. Any questions? Feel free to ask.

posted a message on Want to make a server, but can't host?

It's not a server I am renting so the server is with 8 Gig ram and there is really no reason to take it out.

For your info so you don't except a control panel n stuff. No this is not a rented server with all this fancy stuff. Its a server machine running from my home with a screen attached to it. However its still 8GB ram and 300/300MBps and not really a bad processor either. All that is required is that you set up the server -> And send over the files anyhow.

Do you really really want to host a Minecraft server, but not able / allowed to open up ports? Then I got the perfect deal for you, since im too lazy to find all the good mods to make a server n putting them together. So if you need a server host this is a good deal for you.

I got a 8GB server and a 300/300 Mbps internet at your disposal if you want to make a server.

Then i got a good deal for you. I can host a server but I don't know how to make one. Take contact if you want to make a deal ^^

Can also add that the server got 8GB ram and 300 / 300 Mbps so shouldnt really be a problem to have a few people in.

posted a message on Looking for people with moderate - High knowledge @Html & Linux
Hello, I am thinking about renting a dedicated server (not only for minecraft purposes, but I think that wil help me learn abit about both html & linux) and therefore I am looking for some people who'¨d like to 'join the staff?' and help start up this thing. My Html knowledge is about zero and at linux i have moderate. Some knowledge about minecraft server wouldn't be too bad either.

I'd also like a website for the server for training purposes.

Wil most likely be run on CentOS.

    Only serious inquiries, Thank You.

This is only a though, so its not sure anything wil happend, but if i get enough help to get it running good I wil do my best :)

If you don't know how to host a minecraft server, I can help you out. I am willing to fix it so your minecraft server works for 2$ With a program called teamviewer (Allows me to control your computer and fix the problem) All you need is:
A router with the standard login password (Or one you know)
Any router /multimodem else than D-link
If I don't get your server to work (Any reason) I wil give the money back...
