No one?

Hi guys, I need to know if there is a mod for 1.3.1 that works sort of like the Cheat Pack mod for 1.2.5 in that it allows you to enchant any kind of enchantment on your tools and weapons to levels up to 999. A similar plugin for bukkit would be Tim the Enchanter, however these are all for 1.2.5.
Basically just to be clear again this is what I need:

• Be able to add any enchantment to any tool/weapon/armor (eg. add efficiency to a sword)
• Be able to enchant more than 10 levels (eg. Have a pick with Efficiency 999)

I am on a bukkit server, not single player.
I will try /spawn enderdragon.
Also the world edit exit portal.

EDIT: The world edit thing does not work. Any kind of end portal (id119) placed will disappear, no no portals can be rebuilt.
I am currently unable to spawn the enderdragon due to permissions issues but later on I will try it and report in.

Yes I'm willing to cheat. It's of paramount importance that I restore an exit to the end.

I used the command /butcher. Kills all mobs instantly, and doesn't drop anything.

Is there no way to respawn the ender dragon?

I accidentally /butcher'd the ender dragon. Now there is no way of exiting the End.
Am I screwed or is there a way to make a portal back to the overworld? I have access to /item so I can get any item required...

OK I have found out by looking at the Convenient Inventory thread that it has something to do with that mod. If anyone knows of a fix pls let me know. Thanks! <3

Alright guys I need your help on this one. These are the mods I currently have:
ModLoader
MCPatcher HD Fix
TooManyItems
Convenient Inventory
Single Player Commands
CJB ModPack

For some reason, whenever I am in multiplayer creative, and when I open inventory, I can't pick up and place items from the inventory into the hotbar. They disappear mid drag and if I do it fast and try to place it in the hot bar, I glitch out and auto quit the server and return to main menu...

Please help xD

I am currently in university in the UK, and I used to play minecraft a lot before I joined college a half a year ago. I used to admin/mod a few servers and I enjoy the responsibilities as well as the perks or doing so. This is awkward... when I try to join the server (which I was promoted to builder yesterday), it says I'm not on the whitelist... also I can't join the forum because it says no proxies allowed, but I live in uni halls, so there is no way I can not use a proxy.
