I noticed you did use quite a bit of elements that are obsolete in HTML5.

You can replace the div element center attribute (obsolete) with CSS if you just specify a class (in this case center) and put this somewhere in your crafty.css file:

Sorry, this is one of my first few posts, so excuse the mis-categorization.
I was playing on a favorite server of mine when I noticed this announcement...

Does anyone have any idea how this was done?
*I am aware of how to manipulate text color, I am wondering how they had one line with no spaces between dashes!
The developer console shows "--------------------------------" which doesn't make any sense since there would be spaces between each dash...
