Do you have any experience in moderating? If so state your experience: Well yes, I have had experience on many servers. But. Not staying up and non-dedicated servers, because I would try any server and is open minded. I have banned a few players for hacking with xray and getting into console breaking the map and causing a reboot. Later the hacker was ip banned. Everything else was people spamming and we muted them for 1 hr then a ban 1 day And when continued 7Week Ban. ( I mean its just spamming ) Also a fake owner that demanded and tricked a young develpor to give him OPerator and destroyed console and server ( was dedicated ) After we LUCKILY had a backup and restored. Sadly the majority of Online players lost all their builds and long time friends left the server due to this lack of Will power to say No to wrong do-ers.
Can you build?: Yes, Many of my builds are Above average. But I wouldnt recommend myself to create a ENTIRE spawn. Maybe just warps. but not LARGE SPAWNS!
How active can you be?: Depends how good the server is! But average 5 hours! WHOLE DAY WEEKENDS!
If Chosen for a position, how confident are you on maintaining your hours on the server?: Well I would still play But. Dimmed down to 30 mins LESS!

To add, i always do what i can do be productive. I welcome people when they come back, and welcome new people ALWAYS. I have a large amount of time I wish to dedicate to MC. I enjoy computers, I spend my whole life on them (in the best possible way xD). I am very strict when it comes to keeping people in line and doing the right things, but very chill when it comes to just communicating with people or helping them out. I feel i can help the staff behave and follow the rules. I am a very compassionate person, also very sympathetic, which is a rare trait to possess. I understand what people are going through and can help them in the best way possible to ensure they are on the "happy path" again lol. If someone raided me, that certainly does not make us enemies and i would never treat them with any lower level of respect than i would if they didnt raid me. Religous content should not be shown in chat, as it can ruin someones day. On a more serious matter, if sexual harrasment appears in chat, it should be dealt with right away, no questions asked. I am very lenient when it comes to punishments, but this does not mean i do not do what needs to be done, but rather that i am not going to ban someone for calling me an "a hole" or something like that. I know there are some hackers that no one will ever catch but i am very familiar with what hacks are out there and how people are getting by with them. I can easily spot a hacker with little too no investigating so this isnt a problem for me. Hackers will be dealt with accordingly. Please note that any punishments i give will be ran through a higher staff member than me either first, or right after i have took action. No staff members or players have a problem with me. Building a very strong and trustworthy relationship with everyone, and i mean everyone, would be a major goal after receiving the staff position. It would surely and quickly become a necessity for me after, again, receiving the position, to make sure every fellow staff player and player is completely cool with me being around.

Do you have any experience in moderating? If so state your experience: Well yes, I have had experience on many servers. But. Not staying up and non-dedicated servers, because I would try any server and is open minded. I have banned a few players for hacking with xray and getting into console breaking the map and causing a reboot. Later the hacker was ip banned. Everything else was people spamming and we muted them for 1 hr then a ban 1 day And when continued 7Week Ban. ( I mean its just spamming ) Also a fake owner that demanded and tricked a young develpor to give him OPerator and destroyed console and server ( was dedicated ) After we LUCKILY had a backup and restored. Sadly the majority of Online players lost all their builds and long time friends left the server due to this lack of Will power to say No to wrong do-ers.
Can you build?: Yes, Many of my builds are Above average. But I wouldnt recommend myself to create a ENTIRE spawn. Maybe just warps. but not LARGE SPAWNS!
How active can you be?: Depends how good the server is! But average 5 hours! WHOLE DAY WEEKENDS!
If Chosen for a position, how confident are you on maintaining your hours on the server?: Well I would still play But. Dimmed down to 30 mins LESS!
Or I might play more just to get better and gain a reputation on your server!

6. Specifically what unique qualities can you bring: I love to have fun and be social, but take things that need to be taken seriously in the right way as well. I am not your average "kid", as i do not troll or see the point in ruining someones day. Im not obnoxious and do not ask my question over and over if it does not get answered the first time. I hope it is easy for you to understand that my maturity level is beyond average for a 12 year old. Im available everyday of the week. 3-5 hours weekdays, 6+ hours weekends. Once i am committed to something, i demote most/all of my time into it. School comes first of course. I never slack off,always study and work hard at it.
