    posted a message on Blocks textures Workstation

    Hello everyone!

    I recently had the idea to get back on an old texturepack I started created a few years ago, during the bêta. At this time, blocks textures were all on one file. It was a bit messy, but it also was quite useful to have all the textures on hand.

    So I wanted to make a kind of what I call a workstation, namely a single big file with all the textures included in the "blocks" folder within the Minecraft assets.

    I tried to list them as intuitively as possible (using this picture as a guide), so that when you work on a particular material, about all of the other blocks using that material are around.

    There are two versions of this workstation:

    - one at the .psd format, to be used in Photoshop, in which you can easily move the textures and texts ;

    - one at the .png format, to be used on other softwares.

    In any case, I left it as simple as I could, in order to let people modulate the lists as they wanted (to add more blocks, shorten or expand animations, etc.)

    You'll also find some room beside each block to work on your custom creations. Each text also is the correct filename used in the "blocks" folder, so that you can easily save your custom files.

    Here's a sneak peak of it, for you to see what it looks like:

    I've spent several hours gathering and sorting all those textures, so there might be some little mistakes (either on texts and/or textures placement). If you encounter any, please let me know.

    I'll try to keep it as updated as possible ;)

    Thanks in advance for any feedback and hope you'll find it useful.
