Outstanding server host. My server was in Seattle, but players connected from Dallas and Phoenix--no lag, no issues. They answer tickets very quickly and ... they went above and beyond to help me out with obtaining a zip file of my world when they really didn't have to.
My Dad, son and I all play in a world on their servers. My Dad is dying of cancer and recently entered hospice so I had to put the server on hold--no fun and games while I concentrate on his final days.
I had a great idea to order a 3D model of a temple he built in our world and got in contact with Minecraftserver.net. Understand that I'm not paying them currently--my server is offline during this time--and I asked if I could get a copy of my world. I guarantee you that every other host will tell you "no pay; no file." Instead, these guys helped me get a copy of my world when they didn't have to, PLUS sent me a very very nice email expressing their appreciation for our business and prayers for my father.
These are good people. Please show them some love.

I agree. They take amazing care of their customers. Just the other day, I had an issue and Robert helped me immediately. They answer tickets so quickly and professionally. Just outstanding in everything they do!
Sorry to hear about your father. Take care.

What location are you looking to have? US? Europe? Australia? Singapore? Without this information it's hard to give you a more detailed answer.
Also are you looking for a budget solution or a higher end one.
What price point are you looking to spend.
Our prices are $19.95/GB, depending on what you are looking for as well we could talk more about that if you like via PM.

Hello there,
Just wondering what your facility you own is called/located? Also do you have a test IP or pictures to prove you own this "facility"?

When playing Minecraft many people still notice a difference a lot more when it's higher like that and you are trying to pvp or anything like that as that is still a 200ms delay.
If you can pick a host that has a much better connection you would be stupid not to go with it.
The only real time it makes a difference is something like Australia as the prices are way to expensive to host servers for games there, which it still is noticeable.

Our Seattle location is one of the best for Australia as well as it's a little closer than Phoenix. Feel free to try out our test servers as well.
Best of luck in your search,
Jake.

Let me respond to a couple of things you had here.
Your server was down only when you had issues with plugins, as was mentioned to you everytime you contacted support. We even gave you directions on how to disable your plugins and enable them 1 at a time to find out which was causing your problems. When the server was on default, it ran without any issues.
You paid for a server on 12/6/11 for 1 month. The dates are listed in International standard, ie: 06/12/11. You received an invoice on 1/5/12, again with dates listed International: 05/01/12. I think you are confused regarding the international date standard.
You received a server suspension notice on 1/08/12, after non-payment of your invoice. Your server was terminated on 1/29/12, a full 3 weeks after suspension, giving you plenty of time to make your payment, contact us or anything. You did nothing.
I am sorry you were confused by the internationl dates that are standard everywhere but in the United States. Sorry, that you had outdated plugins that caused issues that you could have resolved. And, that after 3 weeks of non-payment (a long time after our TOS which is 72 hours), we had to terminate your server.
