One of the distinguishing factors of Lethal Penitentiary is the ability to rank up through the prison ranks, but also rank up once out of the prison. Lethal Penitentiary offers four core prison ranks, and five free prestige ranks. For all free players, we have built a town specifically for the free prestige ranks, in which we have the free prestige mines.
D Block:
Starting rank. The starting place for all players. You may mine in either the stone or dirt mine for the majority of your money. You will also find the server spawn, cafeteria, and the server warp room here.
C Block:
Cost: $15,000. Finally away from the low profit mines of D Block, you are now able to mine inside of a sandstone mine with gold and diamond. There is also a more efficient pig and chicken farm. We also have private smelting rooms here.
B Block:
Cost: $30,000. Freedom is getting closer. Here, you are able to mine inside of a netherrack mine with gold, quartz, and diamond. You can harvest inside of the watermelon and pumpkin farm as well.
A Block:
Cost: $75,000. Freedom is right around the corner. Choose to mine in either the mossy cobblestone mine with gold, redstone, and diamond, or the snow mine with iron and diamond. The farm here will spawn pigs, chickens, and cows.
Free1 - Free5:
Cost: $150,000 - $3,000,000. You have finally worked your way out of the prison. You are now able to set up base in the free world. In the free town, you are able to visit a variety of different areas, as well as mine in the prestige mines. You may also rent an apartment. Don't forget to checkout Sensations, the world famous strip club! Don't get too comfortable however, you still have four prestige ranks ahead of you!

Keeping a clean server has always been a big part of the Lethal Penitentiary administration. Our administration team does a great job, however we do need some help. Moderators monitor the game chat, and ensure everyone is following all of the chat rules. If you are a Free1 rank or higher on the server, you can apply for a moderator position.
Moderator Rules:
1.) Moderators are required to use proper judgement in all chat situations.
2.) Moderators are required to punish accordingly to the punishments listed below.
3.) Moderators are required to abide by all server rules at all times.
4.) Moderators are required to contact higher authority in any situation in which they are not comfortable.
5.) Moderators are required to contact administration before any long term server absence.
6.) All commands performed by moderators can and will be logged to a server file in which administration is able to view at any time. Misuse of powers is taken very seriously, and will result in a permanent demotion and or ban.
7.) "The word" is: Mustang.

Excessive Caps/Swearing:
First - Warning. Second - 5 minute mute. Third - 15 minute mute. Fourth - 1 hour mute.
Disrespect:
First - Warning. Second - 5 minute mute. Third - 15 minute mute. Fourth - 1 hour mute.
Spamming:
First - Warning. Second - 5 minute mute. Third - 15 minute mute. Fourth - 1 hour mute.
Derogatory:
First - 15 minute mute. Second - 1 hour mute. Third - Contact H.A.
Advertising:
First - Permanent mute & contact H.A.

^ Running of this statement, several of my guy friends actually purchased an alt (with a girly name, of course) and use it on certain servers to gain items as well as money, which they then turn around and give to their main account.
A bit pathetic, if you ask me.

Most of their content is terrible, unoriginal, or simply plain boring.
Honestly, now-a-days it's rare to find solid content, or someone who isn't doing recording.

Well, I wasn't a member of Lethal Penitentiary when this happened, but this does seem like a fairly sincere ban appeal, and I appreciate you not making anything up.
